Hello! My name is Mirjam, a Swede living in Bondi, Sydney. 

I'm 36 years old, live together with my husband in beautiful Bondi Beach in Sydney. We love it hear as there is plenty of green areas, parks and of course the lovely beach promenade. 

I'm a marketer with over a decade of experience working with brands, helping them understand their customers and the future. In my free time I'm into photography, baking sourdough bread and keeping active. 

My motivation to become a pet sitter is on a personal level to connect more with animals in my life as they bring me so much joy. I haven't commited to becoming a pet-owner as I travel frequently and wouldn't want to commit - yet. So a middle ground I thought would be great, is to sign up to Pawshake and have the chance to take care of pets when I can. 

I have previous experience caring for pets, both my own (cats!) and those of friends and family. This includes looking after dogs and cats of various breeds, sizes, and temperaments. I am comfortable with feeding routines, grooming, playtime, and ensuring pets feel comfortable and loved.

For the safety and well-being of all animals in my care, I only accept vaccinated pets into my home. This helps ensure a healthy environment and gives peace of mind to all pet owners.
