"Estella was absolutely amazing with my cat, Loki. She went above and beyond in caring for him while I was away, showing a level of dedication that really stood out. Not only was she incredibly punctual every day, but she also made sure to keep me updated with photos and videos of Loki, which was such a comfort. The best part? She even visited him on her day off, which was so thoughtful and really showed how much she cared.
