Hi, I’m Hayley!
I’m 30 and a lifelong animal lover with hands-on experience caring for all kinds of pets.

I recently said goodbye to my beloved cat and attached at the hip sidekick, Potato (aka Taters—the MVP of every team, premium carbohydrate, and photogenic domestic goddess as shown in pictures 2-4), so I’ve got a whole lot of extra love and attention to share with your furry family members. I’m a homebody at heart, with a personal space (me) that’s happily invaded for the scientific necessity of pats and cuddles! I am also long distance runner (or walker, should my body put up a protest 🤣), which makes me a great match for energetic dogs that enjoy fresh air and playtime (or adventurous indoor cats who’ve mastered the harness).

By day, I’m a post-doctoral exercise cardiooncology and women’s health research fellow with a flexible hybrid schedule—working three half days on-site in Melbourne (starting at 7:30am) and the rest from home on the Mornington Peninsula. The positive of my cross country trek to work means I can offer care across a wide area!

I'm confident with administering oral, liquid, and transdermal medications, and I have experience caring for pets with special needs, including those with anxiety or specific routines.
