My name is Kiera, I'm a biologist and PhD student at Murdoch uni who owns a bit of a menagerie of animals - two cats, a rabbit and a snake of my own so I know all about taking care of animals big and small. I've also been fostering for cat haven for the past year, taking on adults, behavioural issues, kittens, and even mums with newborns. I'm happy to visit houses south of the river as I am located in the Victoria Park area. If you'd feel better with your cat staying with someone 24/7, I have a spare room they can have as their cat hotel for the duration of your trip, at a slight increase in cost 🐈 I can make sure your bunny is getting the right amount of hay, greens and bikkies to keep you at ease while away, and ensure everything looks good health wise (aka I know exactly what a good and bad bunny poop and behaviour looks like, and have the unusual pet vet on speed dial 🤣) 🐇 I'm also experienced with taking care of reptiles, so if your scaly friend needs to be fed live bugs, worms frozen thawed rodents or anything inbetween I'm game! 🦎 I'am comfortable with giving medication including using a pill popper for cats, and have experience taking care of senior cats too.
