Hello! I'm Daphne, I've fostered dogs from shelters with behavioural needs and health problems for the past year. These dogs were medium to large sized (20kg to 50kg) and were aggressive and reactive with other dogs, but with training and help over time, they settled very quickly. I have experience with seniors and puppies.

I have now adopted a pup of my own who has also been rescued from a shelter, he also has some health issues. 💕

I can provide 30 minute walks for you pup, and if you're looking for longer walks that can be spoken about upon request. I will walk any small to medium sized breeds (I loveeeee staffies!)

Despite my experience with aggressive dogs, I will not walk any dogs with previous aggressive behaviour towards other people, HOWEVER, I will walk dogs that can be iffy with other dogs, this is just for my safety 😊 If your dog is dog reactive, that is okay. If you dog is reactive with other people, it's a no no for me.

I'm available past 5pm Monday, Tuesday's and Wednesdays, and past 4pm on Sundays but as a casual worker my availability will vary. I am also available between 8 to 10am on Thursdays. I am NOT available Friday's or Saturday's. Book me before my employer does! 

I understand some dogs will need more support, even just for a walk. My experience with foster dogs means I know what it's like to deal with a dog that doesn't walk well on a leash. I've battled this by building trust with them and working on a recall, and letting them sniff around because that's how they experience things! I always keep a treat pouch on me. Upon your request I will happily take photos of your dog/s and send updates along the way.

On my first meet with your dog/s, I will need an owner or responsible adult to introduce me! I will also need to know if your dog/s have trouble with other dogs, especially if you're located near a park. 

Message me about your needs and your pup/s and I'll do my best to cater! In case of an emergency a phone number to contact would be appreciated. If anything was to happen during our walk, my first call will be to the emergency contact, and I will always avoid crowded areas when walking your pup/s.
