About Me

Hi, I'm Daphne! I'm 30 years old, originally from Belgium, and moved to Sydney about 2 years ago for work. I work for a global company. My partner and I live together, and he's equally fond of dogs.

I've always loved animals and regularly look after my friends' dogs, including a dachshund, a labradoodle, and an Australian shepherd, so I'm used to having dogs around with different levels of energy and personality. I'd love to have a dog of my own, but since we'll be heading back to Belgium in a couple of years, that's not possible right now. That's exactly why I love dog sitting instead. I'm responsible, active, and love going for walks, but I'm just as happy spending a quiet afternoon at home with a dog who just wants some company and cuddles.

My Neighbourhood

We live in the heart of Balmain. It's a very dog friendly area with lots of dog owners nearby, beautiful walks in the parks, and we're close to the seaside and dog parks too.

My Home

My partner and I live together, no other pets. We have a fully fenced garden, so there's no way for your dog to slip out. Your dog is welcome to relax throughout the house. For overnight stays, they'll have their own spot in our spacious living room.

My Services & Availability

I look after one dog at a time, so they get my full attention. Whenever I'm dog sitting, I'm either working from home or not working, so your dog is never left unattended.

I am happy to go on walks throughout the day ranging from 30 to 60 minutes, up to 3-4 times a day and several shorter walks if needed.

I'll stick to your dog's normal routine as much as possible. If there's anything specific they need, food or medication, just let me know and I'll take care of it.

I don't offer grooming or training, just genuine care, their normal routine, and plenty of attention.

I'm happy to send photos and updates so you know they're doing well, and I'll be sure to stay responsive throughout.

I'm respectful of your home and understand that leaving your pet with someone is a big deal. I'll treat both with care.
