My partner Andy and I are pet lovers from Poland in our 30s. I'm Alicja, 35yo and studied in Gdansk (PL), where I graduated from University of Technology. Now I work fully remotely as a sole trader BIM Architect and decided to move to the other side of the globe :) Currently based in northern Gold Coast area.
Andy is 34 yo fellow adventurer from Poznan (PL). Although he's Polish too, we actually met here in Australia! He's been living and working here since 2019, being assistant venue manager in Queensland locations for the last 4 years.
We're both very keen on all forms of art, social sciences, hiking and travelling whenever we can :)

As registered pet care professionals operating under an ABN and holding public liability insurance (including emergency vet care), we treat every home we're entrusted with to the highest standard — watering the plants and keeping your house neatly cleaned everyday are our very basics! The best part of house sitting though is making new friends, both human and animal ones :). We're grateful for the opportunity to connect with open and kind people and help out by caring for someone's beloved pets and house.

We easily adapt to any routine you've established - walking dogs daily, as often and long as you usually do! We also ask owners about their dog's favourite spots and time of the day for walks to limit the number of stressful changes for the furry friend. Updates and photos/videos are sent at least twice a week :).
Before every sit we collect basic information such as details of the vet or emergency contact person and of course as detailed description of your pet as possible.
We're comfortable caring for pets with special needs or anxiety — we take time to let them warm up to us at their own pace and always follow the owner's guidance on triggers and routines. We closely monitor pets behaviour, administer meds and in case of any emergency, we act immediately — contacting the owner and the vet without delay. We also make sure your furry kiddos are never left alone for long periods; as I work remotely I'm home most of the day.
