Hi! I'm Marnie, a lifelong animal lover with many years of experience caring for pets of all shapes, sizes and personalities.
I've cared for both large and small dogs, cats, ferrets, guinea pigs and birds, as well as animals with additional needs, including blind and deaf pets. I've had dogs of my own in the past and currently have pets of my own, so I understand just how important it is to know that your animals are safe, comfortable and genuinely cared for while you're away.
I'm patient and gentle and am happy to take the time to get to know your pet and their individual personality. Whether they're energetic and ready for an adventure, shy and need some time to warm up, or simply want someone nearby for company and cuddles, I'll do my best to make their time with me as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
What I can offer:
Dog walking, tailored to your dog's usual routine and energy level
Home visits for feeding, fresh water, playtime, toileting and companionship
Care for cats and small animals, including guinea pigs and ferrets
Care for many pet birds
Plenty of affection and enrichment according to your pet's preferences
Photo and message updates so you can see how your pet is doing
I'm comfortable caring for animals with different temperaments and needs, and I'm always happy to follow any routines or instructions you provide. I know consistency can be particularly important when an animal has additional needs.
The only pets I'm unfortunately unable to care for are chickens and roosters.
Most importantly, I'll treat your pets with the same kindness, patience and care I'd want someone to show my own. I look forward to meeting you and your furry (or feathered!) family member! 🐾
