I didn’t grow up as a “dog person,” but becoming one has been a surprisingly joyful part of my adult life. Over the past couple years, dogs have become a much-loved part of our family, and caring for them now feels completely natural. I understand firsthand how deeply people care about their dogs and how important it is to leave them somewhere they feel safe, relaxed and genuinely welcome.

Pet sitting is something I do occasionally and thoughtfully, rather than as a full-time service. Our home is a family household with two kids aged 9 and 6, plus an almost-2 year old Groodle called Fern, and we all love dogs! We really enjoy welcoming a furry friend into our home and including them in everyday family life, whether that’s keeping them company, giving them plenty of pats, or making sure they’re settled and comfortable. Dogs in our care are treated like part of the family, not just “looked after.”

I have experience caring for dogs of different ages and personalities and I’m happy to reinforce basic training and routines, such as simple commands, lead manners and consistent house rules. I’m very mindful that every dog is different and will follow your instructions closely so your dog’s routine stays as familiar as possible.

I only accept vaccinated dogs and focus on providing a calm, low-stress environment where your dog feels safe, cared for and right at home, making their stay as paw-fect as possible.
