Hello! 

I’m Lara, 25 years old and a student from Berlin (currently studying at USyd), who loves pets. I grew up with both dogs and cats, so I’ve had a close connection with animals from a very young age. Over the past few years, I’ve regularly worked as a pet sitter and gained experience caring for both cats and dogs, including looking after multiple pets at the same time.

A caring and sensitive approach is especially important to me. I have experience with anxious rescue dogs, puppies and older dogs and understand how important patience, calmness, and trust are when working with them. I’ve provided different types of pet care, including dog walking, home visits, and overnight stays. So far, I’ve only received positive feedback for my work. I live near Alexandria park and have an apartment with two animal-loving flatmates. We also have a secured balcony and lawn.

As a student, I also have a very flexible schedule and I’m always happy to send regular updates and photos as well.

As I’m not quite ready for a pet of my own at the moment, pet sitting is a wonderful way for me to continue spending time with animals. I’m reliable, responsible, and I genuinely care for every pet I look after. I am fluent in German, English and French.
