Hi! I’m a dog owner who understands how important it is to find someone you can trust with your pet.

I have hands-on experience caring for my own dog, Dorje, a 3-year-old Cavoodle. Looking after him has given me plenty of experience with daily walks, feeding routines, toilet breaks, playtime and making sure a dog feels comfortable and settled at home. I understand that every dog has their own personality and routine, and I’m happy to follow the instructions you provide as closely as possible.

I offer dog boarding, dog walking and drop-in visits. Walks are generally around 30–60 minutes depending on your dog's needs. Drop-in visits can include feeding, fresh water, toilet breaks, playtime and company. For boarding, your dog will stay in our family home and I’ll follow their usual feeding, walking and sleeping routine as closely as possible. I’m also happy to send regular photos and updates during their stay.

Our home includes Dorje and our 2-year-old toddler, so it’s important that any dog staying with us is comfortable and safe around both another small dog and a young child. Because of this, our home may not be suitable for dogs that are highly reactive, aggressive, very uncomfortable around children, or unable to safely interact with another dog.

One of the nice things about our setup is that there is almost always someone at home during the week. My husband works from home full-time, and I work from home at least three days a week, so dogs staying with us usually have plenty of company throughout the day rather than being left alone for long periods.

On weekends, we enjoy getting outdoors for longer walks and hikes, and when suitable, we’re happy to bring the dogs along with us. Of course, this would always depend on your dog’s age, fitness, temperament and what they are comfortable with.

I only accept one guest dog at a time. I prefer this because it allows me to give your dog plenty of individual attention and keeps our home calm rather than having several unfamiliar dogs together.

I’m best suited to small and medium-sized dogs with a friendly or generally calm temperament. If your dog has anxiety, behavioural concerns, medical requirements, special feeding needs or anything else I should know about, please tell me before booking. Being anxious or shy isn’t necessarily a problem — I just want to understand what makes your dog comfortable.

For boarding, I would also prefer a meet-and-greet beforehand where possible. This gives your dog a chance to meet me, Dorje and the family and helps both of us make sure the environment is a good fit.
