"we were so happy to have Chinmayee look after our pets while we were away, we were away for almost a month and had Chinmayee stay at our house, and to know our pets were looked after and able to be in their own environment helped ease the worry of leaving them. One of our dogs is a bit anxious, but she really connected well with them all. she regularly communicated with us and gave updates of their time. she took great care of our home as well and was a pleasure to come home to a clean home and happy pets. would highly recommend and re book with her again. "Brendon and Carina , were booked as house sitters to look after our 3 older Labradors and our two 9 month old puppies for us. We knew this would be challenging for Brendon and Carina however they handled all our pups with ease and we came home to happy and healthy pups and a lovely clean house. We were worried as we hadn't left our new puppies at night before. We had good communication and photos which meant we could enjoy our holidays. "We would have no hesitation in highly recommending Phil and Rayna. They have a genuine love for animals and we were very happy with their love and care for our two dogs and our home.

"Helen did a wonderful job taking care of our 11-year-old kelpie Audrey in our home for a long weekend. As an older rescue (and an energetic breed), Audrey can be a demanding pet, but Helen navigated her needs perfectly. Helen is an excellent communicator and she gave us regular photo updates of Audrey's mealtimes and walks, which meant that we were able to enjoy our time out of town without worrying about our beloved dog.
