"Roy is a wonderful person. We left our 2GSD's under his care and they both seemed very happy and well taken care. Roy has a systematic approach and he took our dogs for walk, understood all the details very well and did continued the same routine for our dogs. The most important part was I contacted him via Pawshake at such late hours and he replied early morning at 4 and was at our place 7.30 sharp in the morning. This was totally incredible! I am very very thankful to Roy for taking our request at last minute. I would highly recommend him if you want your furry friend to be in safe and kind hands :)"

"Philip did a fantastic job looking after our two cats and house sitting for 10 days. It's obvious Philip loves animals and he took fabulous care of our cats, as well as leaving the house in great order. We got lots of updates and photos and felt very comfortable that Philip had everything under control and that we'd left our cats in very good hands. "

"Chris was excellent at house sitting and looking after Lilly while we were away over the weekend. He kept Lilly to her routine of morning and afternoon walks and prepared her meals exactly as she likes it! It was very little interruption to Lilly while we were away because of Chris and we came back to a happy and relaxed Pooch! Chris also kept in touch with us to make sure we were updated about how Lilly was going with messages and heaps of photos of the fun things Chris and Lilly got up to! Like playing at dog park and lots of cuddles! Chris is really experienced with dogs, understands dogs and is excellent at handling them.. even if its a 50kg puppy great dane who still likes to jump up! Helen looked after my dog, Whiskey, at my home for two days and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment she arrived, Whiskey warmed to her straight away — which says a lot, because he’s usually a little cautious with new people.
She kept me updated with photos, messages, and little notes about how he was doing, which gave me huge peace of mind while I was away. It was clear she genuinely cared about his comfort and routine. When I returned home, Whiskey was relaxed, happy, and clearly very well looked after — and the house was in perfect condition too.
Helen is reliable, kind, and treats your pet like they’re her own. I’d highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and thoughtful pet sitter. I’ll definitely be booking her again!"
