"Without hesitation, I enthusiastically recommend Michael and Melanie as fantastic pet and house sitters.
Michael recently cared for our 3 large dogs and 7 fish, and Melanie joined him for a couple of days as well. From our initial FaceTime call up through our follow up messages once the sit was finished, they were lovely and kind and very professional.
Traveling during COVID is not easy or predictable, and Michael was willing to be flexible with our arrangements in the event of unforeseen circumstances. If not for his generosity in this regard, we’d have likely canceled our trip. Instead, we were able to have a wonderful holiday with complete trust leaving our animals in their capable hands. Three large dogs are never an easy job, and on top of that, our youngest dog was acclimating to a new anxiety medication, the timing of which meant Michael had to help her through the worst adjustment period, and he did so with patience and understanding.
Michael and Melanie sent pictures and updates regularly, and we came home to a pristine house and happy dogs and fish.
I can honestly say that our experience was as close to a perfect sit as is possible, and I only hope that they would be willing to stay with our animals again in the future. "

"Caroline was amazing, my 2 year old rag doll cat Charlie absolutely loved her. She was so easy to deal with, took such good care of him and the house while we were away and I will definitely be booking her again. I highly recommend booking Caroline. I could tell my cat really liked her as my cat instantly warmed to her. Thank you for sending picture updates and taking care of our fur baby. "

"This is my second time booking Juan - he is a gem. I was away for two weeks and got lots of updates and photos of my two cats he was looking after, nice to be away and know the cats are in good hands! Icing on the cake was how tidy he left my place. "Raquel house-sat for my huge, goofy Bloodhound (Loaf) and my pet snails for over a week and was absolutely amazing from start to finish. At the initial meet-and-greet, it was instantly clear that she genuinely enjoyed spending time with Loaf. Throughout the week, she sent daily updates, photos, and videos, and I came home to a spotless house and an incredibly happy dog.
Raquel was easy-going, quick to respond, and proactive in her communication. She was flexible with several last-minute changes to the booking times, and followed all instructions mlconfidently and accurately. "Maria and Leon looked after our two dogs, Jack and Benji, over Christmas and New Year’s Eve while we were away with Lukas at Tropical Fruits in Lismore, and honestly, we could not have asked for better carers.
From the very beginning, they were warm, reliable, and incredibly attentive. Jack and Benji absolutely adored them, which says everything, because our boys don’t fall in love with just anyone. It was clear they weren’t just being “looked after” but genuinely cared for, loved, and understood.
We had complete peace of mind the entire time. Communication was excellent, updates were thoughtful, and every detail was handled with care. Coming home to two happy, relaxed, and clearly well-loved dogs was the biggest reassurance possible.
Maria and Leon went above and beyond, especially over such a busy and special time of year. Their kindness, responsibility, and genuine affection for animals truly stand out.
We will always use them whenever we need dog care in the future no hesitation, no second thoughts. If you’re lucky enough to have Maria and Leon look after your pets, you can be absolutely confident they’ll be in the best hands imaginable.

"Miriam recently took care of our pets and looked after our house for almost 3 weeks.
Not only did she take excellent care of my dogs, but she also kept our house tidy and clean while I was away. She followed all of my instructions and even went above and beyond to ensure that my pets were happy and comfortable.
Her communication was excellent as well. She provided me with daily updates and pictures of my pets, which gave me peace of mind and allowed me to enjoy my trip.
Overall, I highly recommend Miriam to anyone who is in need of a perfect house sitter. She is fantastic, and I will definitely be in contact with her again in the future."

"Liv and Seb looked after our two precious girls for two weeks. It was the first time we'd left them in four years and we were very anxious about it. They quickly put our minds at ease and visited us a few times prior to us leaving so both us and the dogs were familiar with them. They were in touch every day with updates and photographs and any concerns or questions. They even took them on an excursion to swim! Nothing was too much for them and they clearly adore animals and love what they do and we could see through the videos they sent us that the dogs were happy. One of them was with the dogs most of the time so they weren't left alone either. They took good care of our house and left it clean and tidy. I would highly recommend Liv and Seb and we will definitely ask them to stay with our girls next time we go away. Thanks so much to both of you! "

"I was sold after reading Peter's bio and after our first meeting the deal was done. "Saya was a wonderful sitter for our Bernese Mountain Dog puppy, Theodore.
She arrived right on time, which was incredibly important for us, and immediately put us at ease with her friendly and caring nature. Theodore is a large puppy with lots of energy, and Saya was fantastic with him. She followed all of our instructions carefully, including his feeding routine and the games and activities he enjoys.
She was also very respectful of our home and left everything exactly as she found it. Throughout the day, she sent regular updates and lovely photos, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away.
Theodore was recovering from illness and couldn’t attend daycare, so we needed someone patient and attentive. Saya was absolutely perfect with him and provided the care and companionship he needed.
We would happily have Saya look after Theodore again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dog sitter."
