Are you going away but have a pet that prefers to stay in their own environment? Or perhaps you have a range of different animals and it’s not practical for you to organise for them to stay in different places? Then you might want to consider finding a Pawshake house sitter to come and stay at your Wellard WA home while you are away.

House sitting is a convenient and affordable option when you have multiple pets and also want your house to be securely looked after while you are away. Many of our pet sitters have very reasonable house sitting rates because they enjoy staying and exploring different local neighbourhoods like Wellard WA.

At Pawshake, we understand that trusting your home to a stranger can be a little daunting. So we’ve done all the hard work to ensure that your Pawshake house sitter is trustworthy and reliable. All our pet sitter profiles are checked individually by our dedicated trust and safety team and some house sitters also have their own police checks which they can share with you.

The best thing about engaging a Pawshake verified house sitter is that you can relax knowing that on top of being covered by The Pawshake Guarantee which includes veterinary coverage, so your pets are being cared for in a familiar environment and your Wellard WA home is also being looked after as well.

In addition to looking after your pets, most of our house sitters will happily help you by collecting your mail, taking out the bins, and watering your plants. Just make sure you discuss all your requirements with your chosen house sitter prior to booking.

Hello! My name is Vanessa and I’m a dedicated and passionate animal lover with years of hands-on experience caring for pets of all kinds. Growing up surrounded by dogs, cats, and small animals, I’ve developed a deep understanding of their unique personalities, needs, and the unconditional love they offer. Pet sitting isn't just a job for me—it’s something I truly enjoy. I take pride in creating a safe, loving, and stress-free environment where your pets can feel at home, whether it's for a short visit or an extended stay.I’ve worked with pets of all sizes, temperaments, and special needs, and I’m happy to tailor care to suit their routines. Walks, cuddles, playtime, or just quiet companionship—I’m here to offer whatever your pet needs. For safety, I do ask that pets staying in my home are fully vaccinated. I look forward to caring for your furry family member like they’re my own!

I absolutely love dogs and all different kinds of animals. I would love to have one of my own but I can't where I live at the moment so dog walking seems like the next best option for now.
I used to have a British Bulldog and my family had a papillon so I have lots of experience walking them as well as other family and friends dogs. My partners brother has a beautiful staffy and I regularly walk him even though he is very strong. I teach yoga as well so that helps! I have not actually done any dog walking as a paid job before but I am great with animals so it feels like it will be a dream job for me.
I am friendly, easy to get along with, fit, strong and a lover of all animals so if your pets need a walk, a visit or someone to throw ball for them I would be more than happy to help. I do some hospitality work but I know my shifts in advance so please contact me to find out my availability. I am available most evenings and usually 3 mornings per week.
I am living in Byron Bay at the moment. I am from Scotland originally but have been living in Australia for 6 years now. I look forward to hearing from you and meeting your pets.
Currently I just offer dog walking and pet visits, I am not qualified to administer medication, professionally groom or train your pets. A visit or walk would usually last 30 minutes but this can change depending on you and your pet's needs. I would be happy to bring in the mail and water the plants when I visit your pet.

In love with animals, I'm an experienced animal sitter for the last 3 years. I've grown up with dogs all my life, I'd much rather animals over humans any day I'd treat them like my own
I've got qualifications in
Animal study's certification II
Animal study's certification III - currently in progress so far have passed all units though I'm officially qualified to dog walk now
I also have experience in house sitting have been doing it for the past few years.
During school holidays it's quite hard to house sit and do dog walking due, during the weeks right now I'm flexible for house stays for dog walking I can only do Saturday and Sunday. Dogs & cats staying at my home isn't recommended due to my personal dog not liking neither animals she can be reactive so rather be safe than sorry.
Payments I'm pretty flexible with pricing $25 per night as I know how hard it can be to afford things in this world we live in.
I offer dog walking, house sitting for all pets though it can't be at my own home. I'm available most of the time, I'll care for ur pets like they are my own they will always feel safe and secure while being with me

Hello everyone!
My name is Felipe, I'm a Brazilian Tour Guide and also a pet lover, recently arrived in Gold Coast!
In Brazil I have waiting for me two dogs, Niti and Ronaldo, and two cats, Gaya and Lola. Only god knows how much I miss them 🥹
I came to Austrália to study and I'm learning so much, was the first time I left Brazil and I'm enjoying this experience, so they will have to wait for me just a little more! In the moment they are with the good care of my family there.
Can you see why this job would be perfect for me? I love to be with pets, with all my heart. I already do this always that I can and without being paid!
You can count on me, I would love to spend some time with your pets. I'm not a professional dog trainer, but i can teach with love the basic commands and discipline for them.

Hi, I'm Tomas. I am 24 years old. I love pets, dogs, taking them, playing with them, taking them for a walk to relieve stress. I used to have a dog. Her name was EMI. She passed away. So, to calm down from that loss, I give love to other dogs.
I always pet the dog on the street, it makes me happy and reminds me of my last dog EMI.
I love it when dog moves their tales expressing the happiness of seen you
Also, I like every kind of dog, but my favourites are Dobermans and golden retrievers this ones are so lovely and makes you smile all the time
And provides attentive daily care for dogs by managing feeding routines, walks, exercise, observing health and behavior, offering companionship along basic training
I used to take care of dogs back home, pet them, feed them, wash and play with them.
One way to handle the dog attitude is not to tense the strap at let the dog smell they need that, also ,when they are too excited to go ou,t you need to stay relax de unleash, wait until the dog is calm and then go outside to reduce the anxiety of the dog
My skills are:

Daily care and supervision of dogs
Walking and exercise dogs based in breed and age
Basic grooming and hygiene ( bathing and brushing)
Recognise signs of stress
Safe and responsible handling of dogs Walking
Respectful treatment

Since I was little, my life has been surrounded by animals. Animals are the most beautiful thing in life and they are a fundamental part of the family, they are our children and I always do everything for them. In Chile I have two children, a kitten (Kobi) and a puppy (Marley), they are the most important thing in my life and I raised them from a very young age, always concerned about giving them the best of having their vet checks up to date, giving them their deworming pills. and to have our game routines but above all to spend moments together and give him all the love in the world. Whenever I see an animal in trouble or with an injury I don't think twice and I try to help and cure it and I always try to help foundations that rescue animals. Being able to care for and help animals gives me such great happiness that there are no words to describe the love I feel for them. They are the most beautiful thing in this life and they teach you so many things, it is a unique and pure love which surprises you every day with its craziness but above all because of the love that they give you every day, which is an unconditional love. The bond you create with them is enormous to the point that they know how you feel and surprise you with their actions.
