I work 4 days in the office, so your pets get plenty of company, cuddles, walks, playtime and attention while I happily settle into their usual routine.

My 9yr old animal loving son joins me a couple of nights a week. He’s gentle, animal-mad and considers meeting new pets one of life’s greatest pleasures! 

I’m also very house proud and a professional potterer. I treat your home like my own, so don’t be surprised if I randomly wipe out your fridge, clean marks off your wall, pull a few weeds, and mow the lawn. I bring my own bedding, towels, toiletries and essentials 

For me, house sitting is the perfect excuse to stay active, explore new neighbourhoods and, most importantly, make friends with as many animals as possible.

Growing up with dogs and cats, I learned the importance of companionship and care from an early age and I learnt they mean the world to me and they taught me about unconditional love and companionship and they have saved my mental health.&nbsp;

I am a passionate and experienced animal lover with over four years of experience working at Petbarn as an Assistant Manager and Dog Trainer. During my time there, I gained extensive hands-on experience caring for a wide range of animals, supporting pet owners, and training dogs using positive, reward-based methods. I also hold a Certificate II in Animal Studies and Care, which has given me strong foundational knowledge in animal health, behaviour, and overall wellbeing.
In addition to my professional experience, I have hands-on personal experience with my own rescue dog, Henry, who is a Cattle Dog cross Pomeranian. Raising and training a rescue dog has strengthened my patience, adaptability, and ability to read subtle behavioural cues.
Because Henry is uncomfortable around other dogs, I’m unable to offer pet sitting in my own home. However, I am very happy to provide care in your home where your pet feels safe and secure in their familiar environment.

I’ve had a lifelong passion for caring for animals that started when I was very young. My mum is a retired veterinary nurse with over 35 years of experience, and growing up, our home was always full of stray and orphaned animals she’d bring home to care for. From tiny kittens to injured wildlife, I learnt early on how to handle animals with gentleness, patience, and respect for their unique personalities.

I was a vet nurse before I had children so have a lot of knowledge regarding animals health.
I own 3 dogs of my own a 14yo terrier x Roxy, an 18mo Bearded Collie Willow and a 4yo Spoodle Lily. All F and all love to play with dogs and I also own 6 chickens.
I have volunteered at the RSPCA working with both cats and dogs - assisting with cleaning out cages, playing and cuddling with the cats and dogs&nbsp;&nbsp;
I have fostered and rehabilitated both cats and dogs for a number of years

Things I offer:

&nbsp;Dog Walks - a 30 or 45min walk - on lead from your property and will not take the dog off leash until I get to know them and only at an enclosed dog park if owner agrees. I'm available throughout the day.
Home visits - for cats, dogs, rabbits etc- I'm happy to check on your pets up to twice a day. Play with your pets, lots of cuddles as well as feed, give medication if needed, clean out litter trays etc Happy to water the plants and take bins in if needed as well. Regular updates and pics sent to clients of their pets.  I will always look after your pets as if they are my own
