Hi there, my name is Rose and I am a lover of all animals, especially dogs! I have my own at my family home in Sydney, he's a cattle dog mix so he has been pretty crazy to look after! I have also puppysat my friends dogs from dachshunds to German Shepards, so I understand how to look after all kinds big and small! They have stayed at my own place or I have stayed at their parents place and I have looked after them by walking them, feeding them, taking them to doggy beaches or parks and taking them for play dates. I do work full time but WFH Tuesdays and Wednesdays so can do home visits during my break times then and would be happy to sit on the weekends or out of office hours. My name is Mirko, I'm Italian and I live in Wollongong, very close to the city centre.
I really like traveling and I have been in Australia since 2015.
I am a very active person, I like to train almost everyday. I am a sunny person and I really like to converse.
I was born and raised in a large house in the countryside, always with pets, I had 6 dogs, a turtle, an inseparable parrot and a duck who believed she was a dog...definitely a funny story to tell.
I currently have a parrot but she is in Italy with my family.
Unfortunately, in the apartment where I live now I am not allowed to keep animals and therefore I would like to have the opportunity to enjoy some of my free time with some four-legged friends.

What I offer:
Dog walking - 50 mins, feed and water change optional upon return.
 Home visits (including puppy services!) to accommodate your pet's routine - 30 mins, once a day including food, water, play, potty breaks and cuddles.

I have always been the type of person to look for the pet at a party and ask my friends how their four legged family members are doing in a phone call. As such, petsitting was a natural profession for me when I started in 2016. I have taken care of a variety of dog and cat breeds as well as more unconventional pets such as lizards and snakes! I don't do any petsitting in my home but have been petsitting at clients homes since I first started, overnight and daily trips, and I make sure to be respectful and clean. I am an American Citizen here on a working holiday visa, learning to be a Wollongong local and staying with my sister who has lived in the area for over five years now.&nbsp;
I grew up with pets in the home and most recently lived by my parents who had three dogs   ,an elderly boxer mix, a mini labradoodle and a pitbull whom I walked and watched regularly alongside just about all of the pets in their neighborhood. I do not breed discriminate and I understand the grooming needs of long haired and curly haired pets. I have experience in giving pets medication as well and work hard to meet the needs of my clients (both human and pets) in every capacity.
I provide overnight sitting at clients homes as well as walking during the day and daytime visits.

I love pets so much! I enjoy a daily hour-long walk. I work from home when I’m not on set (photographer) so your pet will get lots of attention, cuddles and playtime. I've looked after many families pets, my biggest job so far was a family who had 3 kittens, 2 cats, a puppy &amp; 4 chickens. It was a great time &amp; absolutely would do it again! I care so much about the wellbeing of all animals and make sure they're feeling happy and comfortable with me, always.&nbsp;

Hello we are Emma and Danniel
We are based in Woonona NSW. I am a disability support worker however I have my Certificate II in animal studies and Certificate III in Captive animal management. I have a long history as a zoo keeper, animal trainer, and have also worked at animal shelters, rehoming dogs and cats. So have plenty of experience with animals. I love being down the beach, swimming, and going for runs.&nbsp;
Dan is a tradie, he has experience in carpentry and landscaping. He enjoys surfing and home projects and loves animals. We are looking for houses to sit and beautiful animals to look after, enjoy cuddles, walks and exercise with.&nbsp;

I’m a business owner, wife and mum to young adult children. Beyond my family, animals have always been my happy place. Caring for animals has genuinely been part of everyday life for as long as I can remember. I’ve spent over 25 years minding pets within our social circle, volunteering with rescues and fostering. 
At home we share life with our two beautiful Border Collies, Oliver (10) and Saffy (11). Until recently they were joined by our much-loved Jack Russell, Jack, who was with us for an incredible 23 years. We also have a stunning flock of heritage chickens who, frankly, rule the roost. Over the years I’ve cared for dogs, cats, horses, buns, piggies and exotics across every life stage, which has taught me the value of calm routines, patience, and the quiet, steady reassurance pets need, especially as they get older.
I’m reliable, intuitive and genuinely attentive. I’m not a “pop in and rush out” sitter. I’m confident with canine social interaction and well attuned to reactive or anxious dogs when out and about. I create space, keep walks calm and predictable, avoid triggers where possible, and follow your routines closely so your dog feels safe.
Cats are very much my people too. I appreciate how varied their personalities and needs can be, so I adapt to your cat, whether they’re social and curious, shy and slow to warm up, or firmly in the “admire me from a distance” category. My focus is keeping them settled and comfortable, so they feel safe and as unstressed as possible while you’re away.
I’ve also got lots of experience with pocket pets, and I often mind our eldest piggies when she travels, so I’m comfortable with their quirks, routines, and the gentle handling they need. Same goes for chooks. And if you've seen the documentary Chicken People... know I’m about 80% impressed and 20% quietly delivering serious side eye, but I fully respect the dedication.
I’m also a Pawshake user myself, so I genuinely understand both sides. I know the pressure that comes with corporate responsibilities and travel, and how important it is to properly switch off when you finally get downtime. I also know that even when you’re trying to relax, part of you is still wondering if your pets are happy, comfortable, and being genuinely cared for.
That’s why I’ve decided to pet sit more broadly. I want all pets to receive real, attentive care, and for families to feel reassured in their absence. I’m experienced with giving medications, and I’m happy to help with gentle grooming tasks if that’s part of your pet’s routine.
