Hello! My name is Shannon. Back in 2018 I had experience with pet sitting as I used to travel to locations all over Adelaide with a friend to look after fur babies (can't help but call them that). It's been too long since I have had the chance to get back into it. And I finally have a decent amount of time to dedicate to being a pet sitter. 
My motivation stems from a genuine love for animals, adoring all types. Cats in particular have my heart, they're the sweetest and I've never had a negative experience with a cat or a dog. Growing up I had a few cats which I still really miss. 
Most of my experience is with small to medium dogs, and one Great Dane! And many cats. 
Im willing to do drop bys to make sure the animals are fed, played with and walked, I'm also wanting to do overnight stays, as I love the responsibilities that come with looking after a pet. Making sure they have someone there, especially when I've built up the trust. I'd have one myself but I just can't financially justify that yet! So the privilege of taking care of a pet and giving you as an owner the peace of mind, that they are safe and happy (will always send pictures) is fulfilling enough.
I have a lot of spare time, and all the attention in the world to give to your pets. I'm always 15-30 minutes early once a schedule has been set, as it can give me time to get to know both you and your pet. I'm so keen to learn the different personalities that come with any breed. 


I have been a lover of animals for as long as I can remember, always wanting to help whether they be big or small. All creatures have a special place in my heart, and I would often rather spend time with dogs than people.&nbsp;

I have been a dog parent for years and completely understand the importance of a pet in an owner's life. Pets only understand the language of love and I have seen it when I was petting my own or was baby sitting my friends' or neighbours' pets.&nbsp;
Though coming from an IT background, I realized it at the age of 40, what my real passion was. Dogs need space and it's best for them to run and develop their muscle strength. I am happy and comfortable to take them to leash walks in nearby parks and have them interact with their friends. While it's fun to play with them, but it's equally important to get them to a routine of play, eat and sleep. I believe in working with the owners to understand their patterns and likes/dislikes so they can be taken care of well. In totality, I have about 3-4 years of experience living and loving pets, but that has changed my overall perspective towards life and humanity in general.&nbsp;

  Dog walking: walking and spending time with your dog for 45 to 60 minutes.

Hi, I’m Elijah. I have grown up around dogs my entire life and understand how important it is for them to feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for. I love having dogs around as to why I do it cheaper than most! I also own one of Adelaide’s largest and most well regarded dog grooming and daycare centres, giving me extensive hands on experience with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and personalities.

At my home, I only board a maximum of two dogs from same family at any one time so they receive plenty of individual attention. I provide daily walks, usually around 30 minutes, adjusted to suit your dog’s needs. I am confident administering oral or topical medication if required and am happy to help with regular brushing and coat maintenance.

I spend most of my free time at home, so dogs are only left alone for a maximum of 8 hours per day.

I live in a quiet, safe area with plenty of nearby parks and walking trails. My home has a fully fenced and secure backyard with locked gates, and visiting dogs are welcome to sleep indoors either in the living area or in their own bed.

Your dog will be treated like part of the family and feel right at home with me.
