"We booked Alicia just two days before our trip when our original pet sitter cancelled. We have a very ill, complicated senior cat, and Alicia was absolutely wonderful with her and our dog, Buddy. She confidently handled all of our cat’s medication needs and even took her to the vet twice a week. Her communication was amazing, and we were able to relax on our trip thanks to her. We came home to a stable, well-cared-for cat and a happy dog. We’re so grateful for the care Alicia provided!"

"Jenn took amazing care of my dog poppy while me and my partner travelled interstate. We got constant updates and photos which really alleviated any anxieties we had about leaving her. Jenn was incredibly respectful of our home and Poppy got a long great with her which was amazing as she struggles to warm up to people. 10/10 Would hire again "

"Vy was an absolute lifesaver—she accepted our booking with less than 12 hours’ notice after our original sitter, Madeleine, let us down. Madeleine overfed the pets, kept the dog locked in, arrived late, and abandoned them the second night after I asked her to let the dog out (locked for over 20 hours). Motion sensors and cameras (she was informed in writing) confirmed she lied about doing it, then canceled and left our pets alone for 24 hours! It was the most distressing time! Stuck in Fiji with limited internet connection and no family support in Melbourne, I honestly hope no one has to go through this!!
Pawshake immediately cancelled Madeleine Oruba.
Thankfully, I found Vy through old messages, and she stepped in instantly! She cared for our senior pets, gave them medication, kept us updated with photos, and flagged issues like peeing on rugs, vomiting and food shortages. The previous sitter had used 8+ tins of cat food in just two days!
Vy is reliable, honest, and an excellent communicator. We’re incredibly grateful she was there when we needed her most. Thank you Vy! "

"We booked Alvina very last minute as our original cat sitter had to cancel, so we were very hesitant going forward, but Alvina exceeded our expectations!
She understood the needs of the cats, both of whom were senior and was very proactive with asking any questions.
She kept us updated every single day, twice a day, with long, informative messages, and plenty of photos. Couldn’t be happier and we would without hesitation use her again, or recommend her to anyone! Alvina is the BEST!"

"Bethany has provided a great service looking after our two large dogs at home for the week. We left lots of notes to follow and all were managed with no fuss. Exercise and play was important and taken care of every day. Communication was always pro active and our dogs (and house) were extremely well looked after. "I had never used an in home pet sitter before prior to booking Rachel and she was sensational. I would highly recommend Rachel and use her as my in home sitter again.
She came for a meet and greet with my two cocker spaniels. Both dogs wuffed and carried on and settled quickly with Rachel in the home.
Rachel is extremely caring and thorough, checking all of the dog’s needs and food requirements. One of my dogs had surgery the week before we left.
Rachel kept me up to date via text and left some cheeky Polaroid photos for our arrival home :)
I did not worry at all knowing Rachel was caring for Rosie and Mimi. "

"We were so incredibly impressed with Bridget's care of our three shy cats! She has a gift with shy cats :) She didn't just look after them; she truly engaged with them through play, cuddles, and treats. This surprised me because my cats are so scared of strangers or even my friends!

"We recently had Prakruti. stay at our home for 6 nights to look after our fur baby and we couldn’t be happier with the care she provided. She went above and beyond to comfort him, keeping him happy and well looked after while we were away. We received regular updates on his meals, walks, and playtime, she shared so many pictures and videos of him doing different activities through the day, which gave us such peace of mind during our vacation.
Not only did she take amazing care of our dog, but she also kept our house clean, watered the plants, and followed every instruction to the letter. It was such a relief knowing everything at home was in safe hands.

"As always, Mel was fantastic looking after our girls for our 10 day trip away. We looked forward each day to seeing photos and hearing what they were all up to. The girls are so well looked after with Mel here, we knew our senior dog was getting her medication and Mel did everything to help her eat as she was having trouble, which is now all better thanks to Mel. I had very little anxiety being away knowing our house and girls were safe with Mel.
