Are you going away but have a pet that prefers to stay in their own environment? Or perhaps you have a range of different animals and it’s not practical for you to organise for them to stay in different places? Then you might want to consider finding a Pawshake house sitter to come and stay at your Stockleigh QLD home while you are away.

House sitting is a convenient and affordable option when you have multiple pets and also want your house to be securely looked after while you are away. Many of our pet sitters have very reasonable house sitting rates because they enjoy staying and exploring different local neighbourhoods like Stockleigh QLD.

At Pawshake, we understand that trusting your home to a stranger can be a little daunting. So we’ve done all the hard work to ensure that your Pawshake house sitter is trustworthy and reliable. All our pet sitter profiles are checked individually by our dedicated trust and safety team and some house sitters also have their own police checks which they can share with you.

The best thing about engaging a Pawshake verified house sitter is that you can relax knowing that on top of being covered by The Pawshake Guarantee which includes veterinary coverage, so your pets are being cared for in a familiar environment and your Stockleigh QLD home is also being looked after as well.

In addition to looking after your pets, most of our house sitters will happily help you by collecting your mail, taking out the bins, and watering your plants. Just make sure you discuss all your requirements with your chosen house sitter prior to booking.

I am a 24 year old female who has spent her whole life surrounded by animals. I am employed full time but I can be pretty flexible! I have done a lot of pet caring for friends and family in the past but I am new to the app. I am super flexible and happy to work with almost anything when it comes to your pet. Please always let me know if the animal is anxious or easily frightened so I can prepared to keep them safe and happy. I have looked after animals with many different medical conditions including providing injections and medication (I am the medication administrator whisperer) like diabetes, anxiety and regular daily required medications.

I have cared for multiple cats and dog as consistent clients as they tend to feel like family. I have handled a few different situations from allergic reactions to snake bites which I have handled in a calm yet urgent matter. I don't tend to leave animals alone however if they ever are it would be documented and for a short period of time. I am able to do 2 visits per day during the week normally a morning and night/afternoon and then on the weekend up to 4 visits per day. If you require pet sitting I can stay for a few hours in the evening and up to 12 hours on the weekends and then overnight stays are between 5pm-8am.

My walk times are pretty flexible with about 30-60 minutes my normal. As I do work full time, early mornings or afternoons during the week is best and anytime on the weekend. I would normally come to the home and make sure a new pet feels comfortable around me and their lead, this allows both the pet and I to understand our new environments.

They fill my life with joy and I know everyone else agrees! I am a full believer in pets being your children, I will always treat every animal like my own. I have two beautiful kittens myself who are my whole world :)

I have over 10 years of experience caring for sugar gliders, and they’ve truly been a big part of my life. Taking care of such unique and sensitive pets has taught me responsibility, patience, and the importance of creating a safe and loving environment. I genuinely love animals and enjoy spending time with them, understanding their behaviors, and ensuring they feel comfortable and cared for. This passion isn’t limited to just sugar gliders—I have a deep connection with all kinds of pets. Whether it’s playing with them, walking them, or simply ensuring their needs are met, I always strive to give them the best care possible. Animals bring so much joy and companionship into our lives, and being able to provide them with love and attention is something I truly value. This love for animals motivates me to continue improving my skills and sharing this passion with others.

Hello everyone!

My name is Manon, I am 30 years old and originally from France. I'm excited to be starting on this app and would be delighted if you'd entrust me with your beloved pet!

I grew up surrounded by pets, including cats, fish, rabbits, but most importantly, my loyal and unforgettable life companions: dogs. My family and I have always been deeply passionate about the Boxer breed. My experience extends beyond common household pets; I practiced horse riding for over 15 years and cared for very young horses. I even regularly looked after my father's two mules when he was away!

I am based in Loganholme. Unfortunately, my landlord does not allow pets, so I specialize in pet minding and care at your home (house sitting). If you are looking for a reliable person to look after your animal in their familiar environment, take them for walks, or simply feed them, I'm available after work hours (7.30am to 3.30pm) and the weekends

I also own a 4x4 vehicle, so if your pet has a favourite spot to stretch their legs, we can drive there with pleasure! (I often take my friends' dog, Kalisy, to the beach for a run).

On the French island of Reunion (near Madagascar), where unfortunately many dogs are stray, I fell in love with a stray puppy. With limited income, I contacted an association for help with vet fees. In exchange, I agreed to transport 18 dogs (19 with my own) who had found a family in France. It was an incredible experience to care for my rescue puppy and assist the association by taking all those dogs on the flight!

When you choose me, your animal will be pampered and well-treated. I truly love all animals, regardless of their size, breed, or whether they have a disability, mosquitoes are my only true enemies!

Hope to see you soon ! Manon

Hi! We are a couple who genuinely love animals. Back in our home country, we’ve taken care of both dogs and cats, and we also volunteered at a local animal shelter.

We’re clean, responsible, and always make sure pets are safe, happy, and well cared for. We’re comfortable following pet routines and adapting to different temperaments. We can help with feeding, walking, and even bathing if needed.

We enjoy spending time with pets and treat them like family. While we don’t offer pet boarding at our home, we’re happy to visit and take care of your pets in their familiar environment.

We’re also reliable with updates and can send photos or notes if you’d like to know how your pets are doing. Your pets’ well-being is our top priority. We understand how important they are to you and promise to treat them with love and respect.

We look forward to meeting your furry friends!
