"Diana and her husband Sebastian were absolutely amazing pet sitters for our 2 little cats. They honestly looked after them soo well, I felt so comforted that they were in the best hands. They were so warm and loving to our cats and it absolutely showed when we came home, they were really shown so much love the whole time we were gone, they even got some new toys for them. We got great updates from them about the cats antics throughout the week. The house looked great when we got home and we absolutely will be using Diana and Sebastian as our pet sitters again in the future. 😊

"Karen is a gem. Having just completed her pet sit of my two fur babies, I couldn’t be more happier. My two were n such good hands which is such a relief to find somebody that is reliable, honest, caring and trustworthy. Karen left my place looking and feeling clean and tidy, sending me a tonne of photos which took the anxiety out of wondering how they were coping due to past experiences with other pet sitter sites used in the past The only concern I have is that the word would get out about how wonderful Karen is and next time I need her, she might be booked up already."

"Jay Dee was absolutely fantastic! Our dog is quite timid and wary of strangers, but she took to Jay Dee straight away (she didn't even need to bribe her with cheese!). It made leaving for our holiday so much easier knowing that our dog would be happy being left with Jay Dee. We had regular updates via text - but even before the sitting started we had regular communication with Jay Dee. She was responsive and clear in her communication, very reliable, and left the house super clean when the sit ended. The main thing was, the care and compassion she showed our staffy - that is always the biggest concern about going on holidays, isn't it? Well, with Jay Dee - we had no worries at all. Our dog took to Jay Dee right away, and was a bit depressed after she had left! Jay Dee followed any/all instructions regarding feeding, walking etc - we would consider ourselves lucky to be able to have Jay Dee sit for us again - in fact, we might just arrange our holidays around her availability - she was THAT good! Highly recommend!"

"We have 3 cats, and they all have extremely different needs and totally different personalities. We had previously had the same pet sitter for over 10 years and this was our first experience of using Pawshake.
We couldn't be happier with Mira. She came to our home prior to the stay to go over the many requirements we had for each cat and just to meet us in general, as I was extremely apprehensive about a new pet sitter that our cats did not know.
One of my cats has extreme anxiety when new people come into our home and she was very accommodating to his needs. I was also worried about them being inside cats and the possibility of them getting out. Mira completely understood this was a major priority for us and was very conscious of ensuring they were kept safe.
Mira sent us photos and updates every day, and after a couple of days of being away my apprehension disappeared and I knew we had made the right choice. They were clearly relaxed and happy. My youngest cat in particular took a real shine to Mira and was besotted with her.
I cannot recommend Mira more highly, she absolutely deserves the 5 stars we have given her. She clearly has an affinity with cats. We will definitely have her come again.

"Bianca took excellent care of our two cats, particularly our grumpy senior cat that needs daily medication, frequent feeding and needs to be let outside as he refuses to use litter. We came home to two very calm and non stressed cats. In addition, Bianca kept the house clean & tidy and maintained daily communication with us. We certainly hope that Bianca is available the next time we need pet sitting for our two cats."

"I have had a lot of dog sitters over the years but none as good as Nayara. She really cared for my dogs, treated them how I would and provided daily updates and photos. It was obvious my dogs were very happy in the photos and videos and also when we got home. The house was left spotless and the dogs very happy. "I honestly can’t recommend Cami and Federico enough. I had them booked to stay at my place from 26 to 30 August and look after my four animals while I was overseas.
I’d originally arranged another sitter, but not long before my trip, my greyhound Haze had some complications after having his leg amputated and wasn’t recovering as well as we’d hoped. He needed medication several times a day, so I decided I really needed someone with veterinary experience looking after him.
Cami and Federico stepped in at short notice and looked after Haze, his brother Smokey, and my two cats, Cindy and Boots. They took the time to learn all their different routines, personalities and needs, especially everything involved in caring for Haze.
Leaving an unwell animal while travelling is never easy, but knowing they had the experience to notice if something wasn’t right took a huge amount of pressure off me. I came home to four happy, relaxed and very well-looked-after animals.
I’m so grateful to them both for the care they gave my little family. I’d happily have them stay again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for kind, reliable and experienced pet sitters."
