"Ingrid stayed at our home for 4 weeks to look after our 3 cats while we were away. one of our cats is quite old, the other very anxious and Ingrid looked after them so well. she especially worked on gaining our anxious cat's trust, he even ended up sleeping on her lap. The house was also spotless when we came back. We would definitely recommend Ingrid and book her again. "

"Jess and Sam are magnificent. They took such great care of our 3 high maintenance anxious rescue dogs and cat for a week. Our pets are extremely anxious around other people but Jess and Sam had them snuggling in and sleeping with them after 24hours. We have a relatively disorganised household with 4 kids and 4 pets. We returned to a beautiful clean house, cleaner than it has been since kids started
Arriving 20yrs ago. Our kitchen and two bathrooms were spotless and the black hole that was our bedding, towel and linen cupboard was organised, with sheet sets back together after being separated and stuffed into the linen cupboards of doom for many years. Jess sent regular updates and was even able to get our dogs to go for a walk with them which no other sitters have been able to achieve. They usually only go out with mum. We felt comfortable with Jess and Sam from the moment we met them. They gave off a very friendly and easy going vibe which put us at ease right away. Their price was extremely reasonable compared to a lot of others on this site. We have had some good dog/house sitters before, but I can unequivocally say Jess and Sam are head and shoulders on top of the pack. I highly recommend them and guarantee you will be happy with the care they take of your pets and your home. Thankyou from the bottom of our hearts. We Will definitely reach out to these guys again if we need assistance."

"I booked Hetty to mind my two Bengal cats and got home late last night from a 5 day holiday to find happy babies, a pristine house and gifts of fresh cat grass and catnip for the fur kids.
Hetty has been the most wonderful pet sitter. I booked with Hetty due to her outstanding reviews on Pawshake and am now leaving one myself.
Hetty has been so attentive to detail and her daily updates with pics alllowed me to completely relax knowing that she was there looking after them so well.
It became very apparent that she was quickly getting to know their individual little personalities and she adapted her care to take them into consideration. My little girl took to her almost from the moment she walked into my house for the meet and greet and she even had my shy boy eating out of her hand when he eventually worked out she gave great belly rubs and lots of play time.
Would absolutely recommend Hetty to anybody looking for a fantastic pet sitter and will most definitely be calling on her when I need to leave my babies in the future.

"I went overseas for 4 weeks and was a little concerned about leaving my cats Ollie and Archie, given that they are both prone to stress, and it was the first time I was leaving them.
I had no need to be concerned though, Harel and his wife Mazel took amazing care of them and my fish, I got videos daily which really helped reassure me while I was away, the cats seemed happy and relaxed, I don’t think they missed me at all!
I would highly recommended! "

"I couldn’t be happier with the care Julieta provided for Gaia. She was incredibly patient, gentle, and attentive from the very beginning. Gaia can be a little shy at first, but she bonded with her right away, which says a lot.
She kept me updated, sent photos, and made sure Gaia felt safe and loved the whole time. I came home to a calm and happy dog!
I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring pet sitter. Gaia will definitely be staying with her again!"

"Philippe (and partner, Charlotte) minded my two cats for 6 nights as a housesit. The cats were happy when we returned, testament to the excellent care provided by Charlotte and Philippe. I also appreciated the regular contact and reaching out with questions or flagging any concerns (eg: one my cats had a minor health issue which was easily rectified) as they arose. I wouldn't hesitate to call on Philippe and Charlotte again to look after my cats. Likewise, would highly recommend to anyone needing a house/cat sitter. Thanks Philippe and Charlotte!"

"Lucy was an absolute pleasure to have in our home looking after our dog. She was incredibly flexible with timings, easygoing and brought such a friendly, happy energy with her. Arnold took to her instantly and it was clear from the start how comfortable he felt. She spent quality time playing with him and kept us well updated throughout. "I've had Emma look after my crazy 45kg teenage boy twice now - both for 1 week stints at my house.
She has been great at going slow with him to help with his anxiety, but also equally great at managing his bouncy teen boy antics as he can be quite strong on the lead.
Communication is always clear and house is always kept immaculate.

"Although Dan was new to Pawshake, and there wasn't a review for me to reference, I felt like it was worth contacting Dan to see what he had to offer for pet sitting. After reading his detailed profile and communicating with Dan, I was impressed with his professionalism and friendliness. he was more than happy to come and visit me and my dog, and was even early for the meeting.
Dan has an extensive professional background, which made me feel comfortable leaving him with our house and dog. The house was well taken care of-mail collected, plants watered-and everything was extremely clean and tidy when we got home.
Dan took our dog for walks each day, and sent us regular pictures of her walking or relaxing. He let our dog sleep on the bed with him, and in 4 days he got to know what kinds of pats our dogs preferred.
Dealing with Dan was a delight and we look forward to having him dog/house sit for us again on our next holiday very soon.
I would highly recommend Dan for dog/house sitting and/or dog walking."
