"Belle was fantastic. from the first meeting I felt comfortable with her as our choice. She was attentive to our pets' needs and given we have a very anxious dog and so many pets (dogs, cats, fish, bird and snake) this was really important to us. She kept us updated with thoughtful messages, photos, and daily updates so we could relax knowing our babies were happy. We returned to relaxed pets and a beautifully looked‑after home. "Kate looked after my dog Maui and my cat Loki while house sitting for me, and she was fantastic. She was reliable, communicative, and clearly great with animals — both Maui and Loki were comfortable with her straight away. "We would have no hesitation in highly recommending Phil and Rayna. They have a genuine love for animals and we were very happy with their love and care for our two dogs and our home.
