"I had Jessica stay at my home to care for my elderly cat, Marty, who has ongoing medical needs, for 10 nights while I was away. What initially drew me to her was her profile, which mentioned her experience with senior pets requiring special care—and I’m so glad I trusted my instincts, as she absolutely lived up to that impression.
From the outset, Jessica showed genuine enthusiasm and care. She was eager to come and meet both Marty and me as soon as I made contact, which immediately put me at ease. She asked thoughtful questions to fully understand Marty’s routine, behaviours, and medical requirements.
Jessica provided me with daily updates, with detailed notes on Marty’s habits, moods, and any changes she noticed. On top of that, she handled a fair bit of cleanup due to Marty’s condition, which I was incredibly grateful for—and I returned to a spotless home.
Jessica was kind, responsible, and truly attentive throughout the entire stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to use her services again and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and compassionate pet sitter, especially for animals needing a little extra care. 10 out of 10 from me!"

"Cassandra's care of our Corgi , Sunny was exemplary. She went above and beyond to ensure that Sunny was well looked after and happy. In addition to his regular twice daily walks, she took time out during weekends and a public holiday to take him for numerous outings to the beach, city and a family picnic.
She regularly sent photographs and videos of these events and it was evident that he enjoyed himself thoroughly. This was particularly impressive as his behaviour seemed to improve while he was with her and reinforced her dog training credentials.
Sunny displayed both exuberance and obedience in equal measure when he was in Cassandra’s presence.
I would not hesitate in recommending Cassandra to anyone who needs a dog sitter and would also not hesitate in using her again. Cassandra’s professionalism, enthusiasm and overall attention to detail was outstanding.

"I couldn’t have asked for a better pet sitter! Alex took amazing care of my kitten and my flat while I was away. From the beginning, communication was clear and she consistently sent an update and photos or videos once a day. She made note of funny little aspects of my kit’s behaviour, showing she really got to know her personality!
My kitten clearly adored her from the moment they met— and upon return she was playful, well-fed, and completely relaxed when I got home. It was obvious that Alex spent quality time with her and treated her with real affection and care.
She also looked after my flat beautifully—it was tidy, clean, and exactly how I left it (if not better!). It’s such a relief to know that both my pet and home were in such capable hands.
I highly recommend Alex to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and responsible sitter. I’ll definitely be booking with her again!"

Taylia took excellent care of both Emma and Maple, ensuring they were not only well-fed and comfortable but also well-exercised and mentally engaged. "Hsiao Hsuan was amazing with my Chloe, she stepped in last minute and was accomodating of my requests. I had bad experience with a previous sitter, but Hsiao Hsuan understood my concerns and catered to them with empathy. She took care of Chloe as if her own, Chloe enjoyed her time with Hsiao Hsuan. She would play with Chloe and give her cuddles. She was also extremely respectful of the space and kept the apartment tidy. Definitely recommend her."

"Hailey was awesome. She came to meet our 2 dogs before hand and run through their routines.
They immediately took to Hailey and we knew that they would be well cared for. Being different size dogs they can be challenging to walk together but think they were probably better behaved for her than us.
Hailey kept us updated with photos whilst we were away which is much appreciated as we all missed them.
I would definitely recommend Hailey for anyone looking for a pet sitter. We will definitely book her again.

"We are so happy with Susannah’s lovely care of our boy Grandpa! He is a rescue cattle dog and she was very sensitive of his needs and was very loving when she met him.
Grandpa was also very tuckered out when we got home, which is a wonderful sign that he got all the exercise that he needs! ☺

"We are so grateful to have found Daisy and can’t thank her enough for taking such great care of our two cats and our apartment. Daisy was fabulous from the moment we contacted her, responding promptly and communicating clearly. She asked plenty of thoughtful questions and demonstrated a strong commitment to providing the best care for our pets, which put our minds at ease. It is clear Daisy has had plenty of experience with pet sitting and has a genuine love of animals. She is an all round wonderful person who is reliable, empathetic and able to quickly build trust. She also won both our cats over and was receiving head boops from the second day of her sit. We returned home to a spotless apartment and two very happy felines, who seemingly never even noticed we were gone! "Ciara looked after our dog Jessie for a week. I found her easy to communicate with and to be a reliable and responsible young woman who also dealt with a couple of 'non dog' issues for us as well.
Jessie is an old dog and can get quite stressed when we go away. She was relaxed and comfortable on our return.
