She kept us up to date throughout our trip with regular WhatsApp pics and messages, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away. "Raquel house-sat for my huge, goofy Bloodhound (Loaf) and my pet snails for over a week and was absolutely amazing from start to finish. At the initial meet-and-greet, it was instantly clear that she genuinely enjoyed spending time with Loaf. Throughout the week, she sent daily updates, photos, and videos, and I came home to a spotless house and an incredibly happy dog.
Raquel was easy-going, quick to respond, and proactive in her communication. She was flexible with several last-minute changes to the booking times, and followed all instructions mlconfidently and accurately. Jessie is an old dog and can get quite stressed when we go away. She was relaxed and comfortable on our return.

"Jean is a wonderful dog sitter who genuinely understands and loves dogs! Communication was excellent, and Jean made sure to ask all the right questions about Theo, his routine and emergency arrangements. What impressed me most was the thoughtful and attentive care. Our place was left lovely & clean & we had great communication throughout with photos and messages.
When we got home, our cats and dog were super relaxed and happy, one of our cats has a bit of separation anxiety and gets easily stressed, he was the most relaxed I have ever seen him after being away.
