Our place was left lovely & clean & we had great communication throughout with photos and messages.
When we got home, our cats and dog were super relaxed and happy, one of our cats has a bit of separation anxiety and gets easily stressed, he was the most relaxed I have ever seen him after being away.
They were all obviously very well cared for & loved whilst I was away. "

"It was our first time leaving our cat, Gemma for an extended time but Jemima did a wonderful job in looking after Gemma, taking care of the house and keeping us updated with adorable videos and photos. "Debbie was absolutely wonderful with our cats, especially as one of them wasn’t well during our trip. She was attentive, communicative, and clearly genuinely cared about their wellbeing, not just going through the motions. It’s not easy to manage a sick cat, but she handled everything with calm and kindness. We came home to happy, settled cats and total peace of mind. "Five stars! Amy was fantastic! She looked after our dog Banjo for five days over the Christmas period and was excellent- she took him for walks everyday, made sure he was safe and happy and always gave us regular updates.
