I see myself as an animal lover. From a very young age, my parents taught me to love and care for animals; I grew up with 2 adopted cats who died from old age. I still miss them very much. At my grandparents' house, we had tons of dogs, all very special to me, I used to dress up as a vet and play with them for hours. Now I'm a happy mother of a 3.5-year-old ragdoll who I rescued from being sent to the animal shelter, I didn't hesitate to adopt her for one second -It’s been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made, she brings joy and happiness to my life.&nbsp;
I love to spend 30 minutes+ on each visit, making sure all their needs are covered, food and water bowls are filled out, litter is clean, and lots of cuddles and love are given. I can give oral medication, and I feel very confident doing it as I have some tricks under my sleeve to be able to do it without being a stressful time for them. I am also happy to look after your plants -if any-, bring your mail, put the bins out, anything that makes your life stress-free while you are away.&nbsp;
I love to keep you updated and send photos of your furry ones when I'm with them, this way you can be 100% sure they are being well taken care of. I love to have open communication with you and that you feel comfortable and calm as you leave your loved ones in really good hands. For me, a pet is a part of the family and I treat every pet as if they're my own.

Where: Parks nearby to your home (You can recommend to me which parks would you prefer).

No off lead dog play unless allowed by the owner in an appropriate area.

We live in South Hobart, near the corner of Strickland and Huon roads, giving us easy access to huge sections of on-lead walking tracks and short drives to Kingston dog beach and other magnificent off-lead play areas. Our place is fenced and secure, with plenty of shade and space for the little creatures we love to run and explore and play. I have an all weather suitable Ute for transporting hounds in style and comfort

Originally from New Zealand and France, missing our dear pets back home is what first drew us to petsitting. Since then, we have pet-sat around the world, from anywhere between 2 days to 3 months - anything is possible if it's the right fit! We truly adore animals, from cats and dogs to parrots, iguanas, and chickens - it is such an absolute joy for us to spend time with and look after your pets as if they were our own.
We're a professional couple working in the city, and without the means to have our own pets at the moment, it is one of our greatest joys to look after your beloved pets of all shapes and sizes! Outside of our (almost) full-time jobs and hanging out with furry friends, we love hiking, rock climbing, and camping when we get the chance. We're also both artists, so when the weather doesn't permit the above, you'll find us doing photography, crocheting cardigans, or just hanging out playing card games with a good cup of coffee.
