"This was my first time using a house and dog sitter, so I was initially a bit hesitant. However, any concerns I had quickly disappeared thanks to Bianca. From the start, she was very communicative and clearly great with my dogs. She sent regular updates and photos, which really put me at ease while I was away.
When I returned, it was great to find my dogs happy and well cared for, and my house spotless—so tidy it almost looked untouched! Bianca exceeded my expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, thoughtful, and caring sitter."

"Without hesitation, I enthusiastically recommend Michael and Melanie as fantastic pet and house sitters.
Michael recently cared for our 3 large dogs and 7 fish, and Melanie joined him for a couple of days as well. From our initial FaceTime call up through our follow up messages once the sit was finished, they were lovely and kind and very professional.
Traveling during COVID is not easy or predictable, and Michael was willing to be flexible with our arrangements in the event of unforeseen circumstances. If not for his generosity in this regard, we’d have likely canceled our trip. Instead, we were able to have a wonderful holiday with complete trust leaving our animals in their capable hands. Three large dogs are never an easy job, and on top of that, our youngest dog was acclimating to a new anxiety medication, the timing of which meant Michael had to help her through the worst adjustment period, and he did so with patience and understanding.
Michael and Melanie sent pictures and updates regularly, and we came home to a pristine house and happy dogs and fish.
I can honestly say that our experience was as close to a perfect sit as is possible, and I only hope that they would be willing to stay with our animals again in the future. "

"Caroline was amazing, my 2 year old rag doll cat Charlie absolutely loved her. She was so easy to deal with, took such good care of him and the house while we were away and I will definitely be booking her again. I highly recommend booking Caroline. I could tell my cat really liked her as my cat instantly warmed to her. Thank you for sending picture updates and taking care of our fur baby. "

"Tatiana looked after our 14 year old cat Simba for 12 days at our unit while were overseas. I felt so calm and was really able to enjoy my holiday with the regular photos of Simba and we came home to unit super clean just the way we left it. Would definitely recommend Tatiana and will be booking for the next holiday! "

"I would highly recommend Anais as a pet sitter. She recently took care of our two GSP dogs and aging cat and they couldn't have been happier under her care, in their own surrounds. She aligned to their schedule, provided regular updates and photos and gave them lots of love. "Kass was fantastic. We had never left our fur baby with a stranger before but when Kass came over to meet us we felt comfortable straight away. Kass was friendly and polite.and our shy dog liked her immediately (always a good sign). Throughout her stay she kept us up to date with photos of how our dog was going while we were away. She also left us a note filling us in on our dogs behaviour change due to construction outside. Would definitely recommend Kass to others. 😀🐕"

"Roy is a wonderful person. We left our 2GSD's under his care and they both seemed very happy and well taken care. Roy has a systematic approach and he took our dogs for walk, understood all the details very well and did continued the same routine for our dogs. The most important part was I contacted him via Pawshake at such late hours and he replied early morning at 4 and was at our place 7.30 sharp in the morning. This was totally incredible! I am very very thankful to Roy for taking our request at last minute. I would highly recommend him if you want your furry friend to be in safe and kind hands :)"
