"This was my first time using a house and dog sitter, so I was initially a bit hesitant. However, any concerns I had quickly disappeared thanks to Bianca. From the start, she was very communicative and clearly great with my dogs. She sent regular updates and photos, which really put me at ease while I was away.
When I returned, it was great to find my dogs happy and well cared for, and my house spotless—so tidy it almost looked untouched! Bianca exceeded my expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, thoughtful, and caring sitter."

"Agata looked after our cat Effie and did a wonderful job. She arrived on time and answered messages quickly, so we always knew where things stood. She won Effie over very quickly and had a lovely manner with her. She spent a lot of time playing with her, which we appreciated.
She was an excellent house sitter as well. She kept us well up to date on how Effie was going and how the house was holding up. She left the place clean and tidy and took the rubbish out.
Overall, Agata was great. She was respectful of our home and clearly loves animals We would happily have her back and recommend her to anyone."

"Without hesitation, I enthusiastically recommend Michael and Melanie as fantastic pet and house sitters.
Michael recently cared for our 3 large dogs and 7 fish, and Melanie joined him for a couple of days as well. From our initial FaceTime call up through our follow up messages once the sit was finished, they were lovely and kind and very professional.
Traveling during COVID is not easy or predictable, and Michael was willing to be flexible with our arrangements in the event of unforeseen circumstances. If not for his generosity in this regard, we’d have likely canceled our trip. Instead, we were able to have a wonderful holiday with complete trust leaving our animals in their capable hands. Three large dogs are never an easy job, and on top of that, our youngest dog was acclimating to a new anxiety medication, the timing of which meant Michael had to help her through the worst adjustment period, and he did so with patience and understanding.
Michael and Melanie sent pictures and updates regularly, and we came home to a pristine house and happy dogs and fish.
I can honestly say that our experience was as close to a perfect sit as is possible, and I only hope that they would be willing to stay with our animals again in the future. "

"Caroline was amazing, my 2 year old rag doll cat Charlie absolutely loved her. She was so easy to deal with, took such good care of him and the house while we were away and I will definitely be booking her again. I highly recommend booking Caroline. I could tell my cat really liked her as my cat instantly warmed to her. Thank you for sending picture updates and taking care of our fur baby. "

"Oshyn was an absolutely perfect sitter. Caring to our dogs, gave them lots of attention, clear communication always, left the house in pristine condition. There were also several fire alarms while she stayed there, which she handled very well and problem-solved when needed. Would love to have her look after the dogs again!"

"Maria and Leon looked after our two dogs, Jack and Benji, over Christmas and New Year’s Eve while we were away with Lukas at Tropical Fruits in Lismore, and honestly, we could not have asked for better carers.
From the very beginning, they were warm, reliable, and incredibly attentive. Jack and Benji absolutely adored them, which says everything, because our boys don’t fall in love with just anyone. It was clear they weren’t just being “looked after” but genuinely cared for, loved, and understood.
We had complete peace of mind the entire time. Communication was excellent, updates were thoughtful, and every detail was handled with care. Coming home to two happy, relaxed, and clearly well-loved dogs was the biggest reassurance possible.
Maria and Leon went above and beyond, especially over such a busy and special time of year. Their kindness, responsibility, and genuine affection for animals truly stand out.
We will always use them whenever we need dog care in the future no hesitation, no second thoughts. If you’re lucky enough to have Maria and Leon look after your pets, you can be absolutely confident they’ll be in the best hands imaginable.

"Kass was fantastic. We had never left our fur baby with a stranger before but when Kass came over to meet us we felt comfortable straight away. Kass was friendly and polite.and our shy dog liked her immediately (always a good sign). Throughout her stay she kept us up to date with photos of how our dog was going while we were away. She also left us a note filling us in on our dogs behaviour change due to construction outside. Would definitely recommend Kass to others. 😀🐕"
