Communication was always timely and efficient, which gave us total peace of mind while we were away. We came home to happy, well-cared-for cats and a spotless home. We couldn’t ask for more. "Agata looked after our cat Effie and did a wonderful job. She arrived on time and answered messages quickly, so we always knew where things stood. She won Effie over very quickly and had a lovely manner with her. She spent a lot of time playing with her, which we appreciated.
She was an excellent house sitter as well. She kept us well up to date on how Effie was going and how the house was holding up. She left the place clean and tidy and took the rubbish out.
Overall, Agata was great. She was respectful of our home and clearly loves animals We would happily have her back and recommend her to anyone."

"I highly recommend Stephanie for your dog sitting/house sitting needs. My dog Frida loves her. Stephanie treats Frida like she’s her own dog. Frida had recently had her desexing surgery and needed gentle treatment, and Stephanie did an excellent job looking after her and keeping her safe. She is always very respectful of my home and an excellent communicator. She is my go-to dog sitter for overnight and all-day sitting!"

"Raquel house-sat for my huge, goofy Bloodhound (Loaf) and my pet snails for over a week and was absolutely amazing from start to finish. At the initial meet-and-greet, it was instantly clear that she genuinely enjoyed spending time with Loaf. Throughout the week, she sent daily updates, photos, and videos, and I came home to a spotless house and an incredibly happy dog.
Raquel was easy-going, quick to respond, and proactive in her communication. She was flexible with several last-minute changes to the booking times, and followed all instructions mlconfidently and accurately. She truly goes above and beyond to deliver a five-star service at budget prices. Cannot thank her enough! "

"Maria and Leon looked after our two dogs, Jack and Benji, over Christmas and New Year’s Eve while we were away with Lukas at Tropical Fruits in Lismore, and honestly, we could not have asked for better carers.
From the very beginning, they were warm, reliable, and incredibly attentive. Jack and Benji absolutely adored them, which says everything, because our boys don’t fall in love with just anyone. It was clear they weren’t just being “looked after” but genuinely cared for, loved, and understood.
We had complete peace of mind the entire time. Communication was excellent, updates were thoughtful, and every detail was handled with care. Coming home to two happy, relaxed, and clearly well-loved dogs was the biggest reassurance possible.
Maria and Leon went above and beyond, especially over such a busy and special time of year. Their kindness, responsibility, and genuine affection for animals truly stand out.
We will always use them whenever we need dog care in the future no hesitation, no second thoughts. If you’re lucky enough to have Maria and Leon look after your pets, you can be absolutely confident they’ll be in the best hands imaginable.

"Ciara looked after our dog Jessie for a week. I found her easy to communicate with and to be a reliable and responsible young woman who also dealt with a couple of 'non dog' issues for us as well.
Jessie is an old dog and can get quite stressed when we go away. She was relaxed and comfortable on our return.
I'd book Ciara again if needed."
