I grew up in a family where caring for animals has always been an important value. Whenever we came across an injured animal, we made sure it was cared for or taken to a wildlife rescue centre. My love and respect for animals also led me to become vegetarian.
I have extensive experience with different types of animals. I have had dogs since childhood, including a Volpino Italiano, a Bolognese, and currently a Maltese. I have also lived with cats for around eight years and I am very familiar with how different their personalities can be, as well as with their physical and emotional needs.
In addition, I have experience caring for small animals such as hamsters, rabbits, guinea pigs, and freshwater turtles.
At the moment, I am unfortunately unable to host pets in my own home, as I live with other people. However, I am fully available and happy to offer services such as dog walking, home visits, and pet care directly at the owner’s home. In all services, I always prioritise the pet’s health, safety and wellbeing, and I am comfortable following any specific care instructions provided by the owner.&nbsp;


Hi! I’m a reliable and caring animal lover who has grown up surrounded by pets, mainly cats and dogs. Having animals in my life from a young age has given me a strong understanding of their needs, personalities, and routines. I truly enjoy spending time with animals and making sure they feel comfortable, safe, and well cared for while their owners are away.
I currently have three cats and a dog of my own, so I’m very familiar with the day-to-day responsibilities of pet care, including feeding, cleaning up, playtime, walks, and making sure pets get plenty of attention and affection. I’m originally from Christchurch NZ and recently relocated to QLD in October 24' with my partner and our two gorgeous black Labradors, Hiwa &amp; Baz. We are stoked to be here and find out all about the pet friendly spaces Australia has to offer! 
As a dog Mum myself, I understand the demands of a busy lifestyle, I know how challenging it can be to ensure our pets receive the attention and stimulation they deserve and the angst feeling that comes when we have to leave them behind for work trips or holidays. SERVICES
(Calendar updated regularly: availability for house sitting in based on a fortnightly schedule as my partner works 7 on 7 off and I am only available to stay overnight when he is at home with our own pets, thank you for your understanding). 

Dog Walking:

Max 2 dogs per walk. 
If you are a 2+ dog household and would like all your pets to go for walkies please make a 2nd booking as I can only manage 2 dogs per walk atm. 

Pet Sitting/Home-stays:
Heading away for the weekend? 
Going abroad for a few weeks or more? 
I’ll ensure your pets are safe and happy in the comfort of their familiar environment and routines and I’ll keep your house secure and tidy while you’re away. 
As mentioned, I am a working dog mama myself so your pets will be alone during weekdays for no longer than 6 -8hours. I will be with your babies  in the mornings and evenings and will stay at your home overnight keeping your pets company and providing ample snuggles and belly rubs   (note: my dogs will not be in attendance) 

Home Visits: 
Generally completed early morning 6.00am-9.00am and afternoon-evening 3.00pm-7.00pm. 
I can come 1x or 2x/day and at short notice, if you're stuck at the airport, unexpected plans etc, no fuss, give me a bell. 
During home visits I will replenish your pets water and food bowls, give them medicine if required, let them outside for a stretch and toilet break. Clean up their droppings and have play time and cuddles. It's not essential to have access to inside your property if you are not comfortable. If you have outdoor pets or pet doors installed so your animals can come and go freely, I only need instructions on feeding/ medicine and supplies to be left somewhere accessible. 
Home visits are around 10-15 mins for cats, birds and reptiles and visits with dogs are usually up to 60mins or longer if your pet needs/likes lots of stimulation and attention. That's ok with me, I like cuddles and attention too ️

I have always loved animals, and my connection with pets started when I was a child. I grew up surrounded by dogs and cats, so caring for them has always been a natural and joyful part of my life. I truly enjoy the companionship that pets bring and the trust we build with them over time.

As a Before and After School Care educator, I can offer you reliability and reassurance, with communication a top priority. I can offer your pet attention, care, love, and lots of cuddles whilst ensuring they are safe and happy whilst you relax. I often use distraction, firm 'no's and an action=reward approach when managing difficult behaviours such as copious barking or leash pulling; I learnt these strategies whilst completing puppy-preschool with my eldest dog son, Jeffy, who is a sucker for treaties!&nbsp;
Upon the first meeting, effective behaviour management strategies will be discussed according to your pup as I understand all animals are unique and wish to retain consistency with your disciplinary practices.&nbsp;
Currently, I offer dog walking, up to 2 daily visits (for playtime, feeding, etc), and overnight stays. For the sake of your fur babies and mine, I do kindly ask all vaccinations and worming are up to date with all animals in the house.&nbsp;
I can service numerous areas, including parts of the Logan, Ipswich, and Brisbane catchments.&nbsp;

I am a mother to 1 human who also loves animals. We attend equine therapy and I am willing and able to assist with horses and horsecare if anyone would like the extra help.
My feathered babies have recently passed away, leaving a hole in my heart that only animals can help to heal. I have experience caring for friends dogs and cats, taking them for walks and playing games like fetch with them. This is such a fulfilling and rewarding experience for all.
