Are you going away but have a pet that prefers to stay in their own environment? Or perhaps you have a range of different animals and it’s not practical for you to organise for them to stay in different places? Then you might want to consider finding a Pawshake house sitter to come and stay at your Kalkallo VIC home while you are away.

House sitting is a convenient and affordable option when you have multiple pets and also want your house to be securely looked after while you are away. Many of our pet sitters have very reasonable house sitting rates because they enjoy staying and exploring different local neighbourhoods like Kalkallo VIC.

At Pawshake, we understand that trusting your home to a stranger can be a little daunting. So we’ve done all the hard work to ensure that your Pawshake house sitter is trustworthy and reliable. All our pet sitter profiles are checked individually by our dedicated trust and safety team and some house sitters also have their own police checks which they can share with you.

The best thing about engaging a Pawshake verified house sitter is that you can relax knowing that on top of being covered by The Pawshake Guarantee which includes veterinary coverage, so your pets are being cared for in a familiar environment and your Kalkallo VIC home is also being looked after as well.

In addition to looking after your pets, most of our house sitters will happily help you by collecting your mail, taking out the bins, and watering your plants. Just make sure you discuss all your requirements with your chosen house sitter prior to booking.

Hi, Myself Jagadeesh (Jags, Jaggu) an independent IT geek who works from home weekdays and would love to explore Sun-Sea Victoria over the evenings and weekends. I live a 3BHK with my wife, Yes we are newly married .I have been fostering dogs for public and private organisations for a while and my last was an Alaskan Malamute, Laila and she was so pretty. I have this love for dogs since my childhood as our family back in india owns a farm occupied with dogs and horses and i grew among them. Obviously i miss them, moving to overseas but as someone said, find your happiness in the place where you are, Australia offers a lot️Your friend would be with us inside the house and would be sleeping inside. There's a playpen for Leaa to enjoy her private space and your pet would be sharing the space to make herself/himself composed, at the beginning.Bdw meet Leaa our companion, she's a 18 month old Golden retriever puppy, as well behaved cutie, who loves to retrieve everything for me. She's house trained, obedient with other pets and humans and would love to explore what the world has got for her️.

Hi! My name is Ella and im a passionate animal lover who genuinely enjoys spending time with pets and making sure they feel safe, comfortable and happy while their owners are away!! Dogs have been my life for as long as i can remember, being around them growing up has made me confident in my skills!! I also have hands on professional experience working with dogs, over the summer I worked at The Farm boarding kennel in diggers rest, where i cared for dogs of all sizes, breeds, and temperments. This role gave me valuable experience with feeding routines, administering basic care, maintaining clean and safe enviroments, supervising playtime and ensuring every dog recived plenty of attention, excercise, and cuddles!!
Whether your dog is energetic and loves long walks or prefers a slower pace with plenty of cuddles, I'm happy to adapt to their individual needs.
When caring for your dog, I make sure they receive regular exercise, playtime, fresh water, meals on schedule, and lots of love and attention. I provide a clean, safe, and secure home where your pet will be treated like one of the family.
I offer dog walking, pet sitting, and overnight care, with a compulsory meet and greet before providing the service to ensure peace of mind for myself, you, and your dogs!
I offer boarding in my home, doggy daycare, and walks tailored to each dog's age, energy level, and needs. Walks are typically 30–60 minutes, with plenty of playtime, enrichment, and attention throughout the day. I only care for one dog at once so every pet receives individual care and supervision.
Your dog's safety and comfort are my top priorities. My home is clean, secure, high fenced and pet-friendly, with plenty of space to relax and play. I'll keep you updated with regular photos and messages so you can enjoy your time away knowing your pet is happy and well cared for.
I'm happy to follow your dog's normal routine, including feeding schedules, medication, training, and any special care they require. Whether your dog is energetic and loves adventure or prefers a quiet cuddle on the couch, I'll make sure they feel safe, loved, and at home.
In the unlikely event of an emergency, I always stay calm and act quickly. If your pet became unwell or was injured, I would contact you immediately, seek veterinary care if needed, and follow any emergency instructions you have provided. Your dog's health, safety, and wellbeing will always be my highest priority, and I'll keep you updated every step of the way.
I understand how important it is to trust someone with your beloved pet. My goal is to provide attentive, responsible, and loving care so both you and your pet can feel completeley at ease!
I look forward to meeting you and your furry family members!!!

Hi there, I'm Emily I have worked with various animals from volunteering at animal sanctuary's, working in animal facilities and veterinary clinics as a vet nurse. This involves visually assessing the animals, monitoring their behaviours, feeding them and providing sufficient enrichment to accommodate comfortability in facility. At home I have a shy but curious loving kitty named Mochi
I will follow your advice and instructions to care for your pets. As I know sometimes it's abit tricky trusting someone with them. I will always cater to your wishes as well as following your pets behavioural needs!
When booking please send any requirements for your pets such as, walking distance, food preparations, and any warnings about your pet with other pets they may come across in walks. I don't mind longer walks if your pet is use to that already, and I will never exceed their limits by visually seeing that they are becoming tired quickly.
If I deem your animal as unsafe for myself I am sorry I will kindly decline your walk request or to look after your pet at an overnight stay. As although I know you as an owner know your pet and will say they will not harm me, my safety does come first. Please respect this 🫶🏼

Hello there my name is Sam and I love animals! I'm a proud dog owner and my adorable dog Jedda is 11 years old and he is my world. He is a Kelpie cross border collie and full of energy. I like taking him for runs sometimes and he is a bit anxious but I have experience with anxious dogs. I have looked after many different cats and dogs for family and friends over the past 10 years. Other than my own dog Jedda, I have walked a variety of small to big breeds of dogs in my lifetime and I also have experience with House sitting cats, birds and guinea pigs in the last couple years.Since I have a dog at home I'm not offering stays for pets at my house, but I am offering dog walking, pet feeding and pet sitting. Since I do not own a car, dog walking would be my main service to offer. I also do not mind if pets are non-vaccinated.I have a passion for looking after animals and would love to help you out. Contact me me if you would like me to help you and your pet out! Thanks. Here are my rates below:- Dog walking: $30 (+$10 per dog)- House sitting pets: $50 per night (+$5 per pet)- Pet feeding: $30 per visit

Hi there! I’m Karolina, a big animal lover who absolutely adores spending time with dogs and cats of all kinds.
I have experience walking and looking after dogs of all breeds and sizes, from tiny playful pups to big gentle giants. I always make sure each walk or visit fits their energy and personality, whether that’s a fun adventure outside or some quiet cuddle time at home.
I also take care of cats, and other pet family members if necessary. I treat every pet like my own - with love, patience, and lots of attention.
You can count on me to keep your furry friend happy, active, and cared for while you’re away. If you have any questions or special requests please feel free to contact me.
I'm also happy to show my other review of house and dogs/ cat sitting.
Can’t wait to meet your four-legged best friend!

I have over 12 years looking after various kinds of animals. This includes my family cat who I've helped raise for 10 years. I have also looked after and lived with dogs, rabbits, birds and chickens. Last year, I volunteered at an animal shelter where I nursed kittens and puppies that were only several weeks old! Following this experience, I realised how much I love looking after animals and became motivated to do more pet-sitting this year.
I'm well-versed with hands-on care such as feeding, bathing, basic grooming and administering medication. With years of experience under my belt, I am keen to continue giving care and love to pets around Melbourne!
I'm currently a full-time student and I attend university a couple of days per week.
I also do some casual work on the side.
Usually, I'm available in the mornings and evenings on weekdays, and all day on weekends.

Hi there! My names Daniella and I'm a lover of all animals. I absolutely love hanging out and getting to know animals and their quirky personalities. I have 3 dogs myself that we share part time with my in laws as we are all so attached to them we just couldn't decide who got to have them full time. I will only be taking on clients when I do not have my dogs at my home to ensure 100% of my attention is with your furry friend
I have had lots of experience pet sitting, I have looked after dogs, cats, rabbits and birds, at my own home and at the pets home, I also have experience giving animals medication.
My motivation for being a pet sitter is that I miss my dogs when they are away at my in laws so I'm hoping to have your pets company so I can spoil them with cuddles and love whilst they are away from their family.
I can look after your pet at your home or at my own, dependant on what you are after. I also offer dog walking. My rates are :
- Pet sitting at sitters home : $65 a day, +$10 per extra pet

Hello! My name is Milla, and I’m excited to introduce myself as someone who is passionate about animals and is eager to offer pet-sitting services. While I haven’t had formal pet-sitting experience, I’ve had the pleasure of looking after friends’ and family members’ pets over the years. I’ve done home visits to feed and walk dogs, as well as provide some companionship when their owners are away. This has given me a solid understanding of the responsibilities involved, and I genuinely enjoy caring for pets.

I study part-time from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM, which means I’m available for pet-sitting etc in the mornings before 8:30 AM on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays I’m also available in the evenings on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays, I do overnight stays on weekends usually but message me privately and we can discuss from there. My schedule is pretty flexible, and I’m happy to arrange visits that work around your needs.

At home, I have a safe and secure environment I live in a cozy home with plenty of space to relax, and there are also local parks nearby where we can go for walks and play. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priority, and I’ll ensure they get the care and attention they need while you're busy.

Looking forward to meeting you and your pet!
