We live in a quiet townhouse in Phillip, within walking distance to Woden and Mawson shops and enjoy weekend walks to the cafes with our doggo friends.  We both work from home 3-4 days a week so dogs are rarely left alone. Dogs generally have full run of the house and yard at all times.&nbsp;We spend most of our weekends doing work around the house and going for walks around the Woden area. We have a fully enclosed yard and a dog door so dogs can come and go as they please.&nbsp;We have been pet sitting through Pawshake for the last 6 years and we have loved every moment of it. We don’t currently have any pets ourselves as we have been so spoilt with our client’s pets.&nbsp;&nbsp;To help reduce the stress of your pets being away from home we aim to treat your pets the same way you treat them at home, it would be great if you could let me know the following about your fur-baby.&nbsp;- Do they spend majority of their time indoor or outdoor?- Please describe their daily exercise needs.- Do they know any tricks (or are in the process of learning)?- How do the react to other animals and strangers?- Are they allowed on furniture?- What are their favourite games and toys?

Hello and welcome -  I love pets and am available for services on the Gold Coast. I enjoy my time with pets. I can do a drop in feeding/company service or pick up and walk service. I can also walk cats in strollers or on harnesses. Open to boarding small dogs and cats as I don't have room for larger dogs but that could change in the near future. A cat or dog stroller would be appreciated so I can take them to a wide range of places and in and out of buildings and we can walk with leashes / harnesses etc in normal places unless your pet prefers the stroller.
I have had regular and repeat pet sitting for over 20 years often back to back at times in a full time capacity.
I can manage very well a house or apartment with 1-2 cats OR 1-2 small-medium-large dogs or security and maintaining the property only. Due to a previous wrist injury I am able to walk large dogs that heel. I prefer retractable leashes if a dog likes to go and sniff various things. I prefer dogs that are well trained and respnd to comands. Most dogs and cats of all breeds are good with me, I have a very calm nature. The shy ones warm up to me quickly.
For house sits - I am not able do pool service or garden/yard service so this can be outsourced and supervised but your pets will be pampered, petted and cared for as if they were my own and excercised, if necessary in the afternoons/evenings or if not too hot, during the day.
I can administer medication and have looked after elderly, blind and deaf cats and dogs.
I am a non-smoker, non drinker / nor take drugs/ substances.
