"
I recently had the pleasure of having Dyan take care of my home and my beloved cat while I was away, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, Dyan was professional, reliable, and incredibly attentive.
My cat, who is usually quite shy, immediately warmed up to Dyan, which speaks volumes about her caring nature. She made sure that my cat was well-fed, entertained, and comfortable throughout my time away, sending me regular updates and even some adorable photos, which really put my mind at ease.
When I returned home, I found my house just as I had left it—clean, tidy, and well-cared for. Dyan went above and beyond by taking care of little things I hadn't even thought to ask about, like watering the plants and bringing in the mail.
I highly recommend Dyan to anyone in need of a trustworthy and caring house/pet-sitter. She exceeded all my expectations and took exceptional care of both my home and my fur baby. I will definitely be calling on her again in the future!

"Melyssa stayed at our home to look after our dog Chappy and our cat Simba. She was wonderful.
Simba has a heart condition and needs tablets every night. Melyssa gave them to him every single night, no problems at all. She also followed all our routines for both pets exactly as we asked.
She sent us updates and photos every day, which we loved. Chappy is a shy dog, but she was calm and happy with Melyssa. Simba loves people and got lots of attention. We came home to two happy pets and a clean, tidy house.
Melyssa is kind, reliable and great with animals. We would book her again and highly recommend her."

"This was my first time needing a dog-sitter and I was quite nervous about finding the right sitter who would tolerate our kelpies’ quirks for an overnight stay. Shadae ended being a great first pick. Her communication was great, and she connected with the dogs straight away. I left them knowing they’d be in good care. In the end I wasn’t concerned they weren’t going to be well looked after - I was more concerned if the dogs would be good for her! Would totally recommend to others."

"Anastasia is the world's best dog sitter, we highly recommend her to look after your beloved doggo(s)! Honey our Golden Retriever had the best time with Anastasia it was a weekend full of adventures with plenty of love and attention.
When your doggo is in the care of Anastasia you can rest assured that your dog is having the time of its life and being treated with love and care as if your dog is her own.
We will definitely be asking her to look after Honey again!"

"Chloe and Darcy were the absolutely best, I could tell that our floofs were in excellent hands at first meeting by the way they spoke to Crumpet and Albie. I got discrete updates while away on how the floofs were doing. I cannot recommend their care enough. Our two dogs sometimes see them on our walks and greet them with lots of wags and demands for pats. "

"Wai Moe was a wonderful sitter for our dog and two cats, who she looked after for three and a half weeks while we travelled overseas. She was communicative, conscientious and caring towards our pets, going above and beyond our expectations of a pet sitter.
We highly recommend Wai Moe."

"Kate was a great sitter for our two pups that can be a handful if you're not aware of dog behaviours. She was professional and tactful with the dogs when we had our first meet & greet. I've had other dog sitters let the dogs jump all over them. I've got a Staffy and a Kelpie cross...not breeds that you should let jump all over you! She also did a wonderful job caring for the house. Kate is trustworthy, and I'd recommend her for your dog sitting needs."

Why house sitting ?
Are you going away but have a pet that prefers to stay in their own environment? Or perhaps you have a range of different animals and it’s not practical for you to organise for them to stay in different places? Then you might want to consider finding a Pawshake house sitter to come and stay at your Ivanhoe VIC home while you are away.
House sitting is a convenient and affordable option when you have multiple pets and also want your house to be securely looked after while you are away. Many of our pet sitters have very reasonable house sitting rates because they enjoy staying and exploring different local neighbourhoods like Ivanhoe VIC.
At Pawshake, we understand that trusting your home to a stranger can be a little daunting. So we’ve done all the hard work to ensure that your Pawshake house sitter is trustworthy and reliable. All our pet sitter profiles are checked individually by our dedicated trust and safety team and some house sitters also have their own police checks which they can share with you.
The best thing about engaging a Pawshake verified house sitter is that you can relax knowing that on top of being covered by The Pawshake Guarantee which includes veterinary coverage, so your pets are being cared for in a familiar environment and your Ivanhoe VIC home is also being looked after as well.
In addition to looking after your pets, most of our house sitters will happily help you by collecting your mail, taking out the bins, and watering your plants. Just make sure you discuss all your requirements with your chosen house sitter prior to booking.
