"We couldn’t be happier with the care our dogs received. From the very first moment, it was clear that Julie genuinely loves animals and treats them like their own. Our dogs were so comfortable, relaxed, and happy, which gave us complete peace of mind while we were away.
Communication was excellent throughout our trip, with regular updates, photos, and messages.

"Lynn was absolutely amazing with Teddy over New Year. Knowing how frightened he is of fireworks, she truly went above and beyond to make sure he felt safe, calm, and loved. She showed so much patience, care, and understanding, and it was clear Teddy was in the best hands possible. She sent daily photos and updates. I had complete peace of mind knowing she was there for him, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for better care. Lynn is kind, reliable, and genuinely cares about the animals she looks after. I would highly recommend her to anyone and wouldn’t hesitate to book her again. Moving forward she will be Teddy’s only dog sitter. Thank you so much, Lynn!"

"Laura was fantastic from start to finish! She had great communication, was very accomodating and most of all, gave us peace of mind while we were away that our pups were in great hands! Laura took on housesitting for just under 2 weeks. On our return, the place was clean and tidy, the pups were happy and we will definitely be using her services again. Thanks Laura! "Without hesitation, I enthusiastically recommend Michael and Melanie as fantastic pet and house sitters.
Michael recently cared for our 3 large dogs and 7 fish, and Melanie joined him for a couple of days as well. From our initial FaceTime call up through our follow up messages once the sit was finished, they were lovely and kind and very professional.
Traveling during COVID is not easy or predictable, and Michael was willing to be flexible with our arrangements in the event of unforeseen circumstances. If not for his generosity in this regard, we’d have likely canceled our trip. Instead, we were able to have a wonderful holiday with complete trust leaving our animals in their capable hands. Three large dogs are never an easy job, and on top of that, our youngest dog was acclimating to a new anxiety medication, the timing of which meant Michael had to help her through the worst adjustment period, and he did so with patience and understanding.
Michael and Melanie sent pictures and updates regularly, and we came home to a pristine house and happy dogs and fish.
I can honestly say that our experience was as close to a perfect sit as is possible, and I only hope that they would be willing to stay with our animals again in the future. "

"Caroline was amazing, my 2 year old rag doll cat Charlie absolutely loved her. She was so easy to deal with, took such good care of him and the house while we were away and I will definitely be booking her again. I highly recommend booking Caroline. "This is my second time booking Juan - he is a gem. I was away for two weeks and got lots of updates and photos of my two cats he was looking after, nice to be away and know the cats are in good hands! Icing on the cake was how tidy he left my place. "Maria and Leon looked after our two dogs, Jack and Benji, over Christmas and New Year’s Eve while we were away with Lukas at Tropical Fruits in Lismore, and honestly, we could not have asked for better carers.
From the very beginning, they were warm, reliable, and incredibly attentive. Jack and Benji absolutely adored them, which says everything, because our boys don’t fall in love with just anyone. It was clear they weren’t just being “looked after” but genuinely cared for, loved, and understood.
We had complete peace of mind the entire time. Communication was excellent, updates were thoughtful, and every detail was handled with care. Coming home to two happy, relaxed, and clearly well-loved dogs was the biggest reassurance possible.
Maria and Leon went above and beyond, especially over such a busy and special time of year. Their kindness, responsibility, and genuine affection for animals truly stand out.
We will always use them whenever we need dog care in the future no hesitation, no second thoughts. If you’re lucky enough to have Maria and Leon look after your pets, you can be absolutely confident they’ll be in the best hands imaginable.

"Liv and Seb looked after our two precious girls for two weeks. It was the first time we'd left them in four years and we were very anxious about it. They quickly put our minds at ease and visited us a few times prior to us leaving so both us and the dogs were familiar with them. They were in touch every day with updates and photographs and any concerns or questions. They even took them on an excursion to swim! Nothing was too much for them and they clearly adore animals and love what they do and we could see through the videos they sent us that the dogs were happy. One of them was with the dogs most of the time so they weren't left alone either. They took good care of our house and left it clean and tidy. I would highly recommend Liv and Seb and we will definitely ask them to stay with our girls next time we go away. Thanks so much to both of you! "
