"Laura was fantastic from start to finish! She had great communication, was very accomodating and most of all, gave us peace of mind while we were away that our pups were in great hands! Laura took on housesitting for just under 2 weeks. On our return, the place was clean and tidy, the pups were happy and we will definitely be using her services again. Thanks Laura! Zeus and Willow are already missing you!! "

"Without hesitation, I enthusiastically recommend Michael and Melanie as fantastic pet and house sitters.
Michael recently cared for our 3 large dogs and 7 fish, and Melanie joined him for a couple of days as well. From our initial FaceTime call up through our follow up messages once the sit was finished, they were lovely and kind and very professional.
Traveling during COVID is not easy or predictable, and Michael was willing to be flexible with our arrangements in the event of unforeseen circumstances. If not for his generosity in this regard, we’d have likely canceled our trip. Instead, we were able to have a wonderful holiday with complete trust leaving our animals in their capable hands. Three large dogs are never an easy job, and on top of that, our youngest dog was acclimating to a new anxiety medication, the timing of which meant Michael had to help her through the worst adjustment period, and he did so with patience and understanding.
Michael and Melanie sent pictures and updates regularly, and we came home to a pristine house and happy dogs and fish.
I can honestly say that our experience was as close to a perfect sit as is possible, and I only hope that they would be willing to stay with our animals again in the future. "

"Caroline was amazing, my 2 year old rag doll cat Charlie absolutely loved her. She was so easy to deal with, took such good care of him and the house while we were away and I will definitely be booking her again. I highly recommend booking Caroline. I could tell my cat really liked her as my cat instantly warmed to her. Thank you for sending picture updates and taking care of our fur baby. "

"Marsi is an exceptional dog sitter, and I couldn’t recommend her more highly.
She is incredibly attentive, caring, and professional. From the very beginning, she took the time to ask thoughtful questions about Theodore’s routine, personality, and needs, making careful notes to ensure she could tailor her care specifically to him. It was clear that she genuinely wanted to understand him rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach.
What impressed me most was how observant she is. During Theodore’s stay, she noticed that our Bernese Mountain Dog puppy was limping and immediately adjusted his activities to make sure he stayed comfortable and didn’t overexert himself. She kept us updated throughout his stay, letting us know about any changes she noticed and communicating with us promptly, which gave us great peace of mind.
We felt completely confident leaving Theodore with her. We will definitely be using Marsi’s services regularly and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, observant, and genuinely caring dog sitter."

"Maria and Leon looked after our two dogs, Jack and Benji, over Christmas and New Year’s Eve while we were away with Lukas at Tropical Fruits in Lismore, and honestly, we could not have asked for better carers.
From the very beginning, they were warm, reliable, and incredibly attentive. Jack and Benji absolutely adored them, which says everything, because our boys don’t fall in love with just anyone. It was clear they weren’t just being “looked after” but genuinely cared for, loved, and understood.
We had complete peace of mind the entire time. Communication was excellent, updates were thoughtful, and every detail was handled with care. Coming home to two happy, relaxed, and clearly well-loved dogs was the biggest reassurance possible.
Maria and Leon went above and beyond, especially over such a busy and special time of year. Their kindness, responsibility, and genuine affection for animals truly stand out.
We will always use them whenever we need dog care in the future no hesitation, no second thoughts. If you’re lucky enough to have Maria and Leon look after your pets, you can be absolutely confident they’ll be in the best hands imaginable.

"Steph and Bridg did a great job looking after our older anxious dog. He was happy and settled on our return. They were able to help out at the last minute when our other house / pet sitter cancelled due to illness. Communication was great and they left the house in good condition. "Liv and Seb looked after our two precious girls for two weeks. It was the first time we'd left them in four years and we were very anxious about it. They quickly put our minds at ease and visited us a few times prior to us leaving so both us and the dogs were familiar with them. They were in touch every day with updates and photographs and any concerns or questions. They even took them on an excursion to swim! Nothing was too much for them and they clearly adore animals and love what they do and we could see through the videos they sent us that the dogs were happy. One of them was with the dogs most of the time so they weren't left alone either. They took good care of our house and left it clean and tidy. I would highly recommend Liv and Seb and we will definitely ask them to stay with our girls next time we go away. Thanks so much to both of you! "
