Are you going away but have a pet that prefers to stay in their own environment? Or perhaps you have a range of different animals and it’s not practical for you to organise for them to stay in different places? Then you might want to consider finding a Pawshake house sitter to come and stay at your Happy Valley SA home while you are away.

House sitting is a convenient and affordable option when you have multiple pets and also want your house to be securely looked after while you are away. Many of our pet sitters have very reasonable house sitting rates because they enjoy staying and exploring different local neighbourhoods like Happy Valley SA.

At Pawshake, we understand that trusting your home to a stranger can be a little daunting. So we’ve done all the hard work to ensure that your Pawshake house sitter is trustworthy and reliable. All our pet sitter profiles are checked individually by our dedicated trust and safety team and some house sitters also have their own police checks which they can share with you.

The best thing about engaging a Pawshake verified house sitter is that you can relax knowing that on top of being covered by The Pawshake Guarantee which includes veterinary coverage, so your pets are being cared for in a familiar environment and your Happy Valley SA home is also being looked after as well.

In addition to looking after your pets, most of our house sitters will happily help you by collecting your mail, taking out the bins, and watering your plants. Just make sure you discuss all your requirements with your chosen house sitter prior to booking.

About me:
Hello, I'm Blake, a qualified social worker in both Taiwan and Australia.
I enjoy chatting with people, being outdoors, and spending time with dogs. While in Taiwan, I spent much time to caring for my hamster, and I've had two dogs, one since my childhood and another who's now four years old and currently living with my sister. I've also looked after my cousin's four cats previously, so I’m familiar with the different personalities and needs of both dogs and cats.
In Adelaide, I am living in a sharehouse, which means I am unable to take care of a pet overnight at my place. However, I’m more than happy to help with dog walking, home visits, or daytime pet care. I have experience looking after both small and large dogs, and I always ensure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I’d be excited to meet your furry family member and help care for them whenever you need an extra hand!

I am a Mum of two beautiful girls 11 and 9, I also am Mum to a 4 year old stag hound Cross Bull arab, and a one year old Staffy X Bull Arab. We spend alot of our days at the dog park. Ive had dogs my whole life, I actually believe if you dont like dogs are you even a good person? Yes I know that's mean but seriously who doesn't love a dog, the puppy eyes, the excitement, the cheeky personalities and attitudes plus all that smooching and loving
I have two cats, one hates the world, one just uses me for food. I love them both as much as they love me, which some days isn't alot but some days I could just squish them with my love. Also grew up with Cats since childhood, had so many and at one time we had four .
Same as my kids ^ ^ . Love to hate me, hate to love me. They also adore animals, often far too much, sharing food, love and licks with them
I work in the Disability sector and look after two beautiful pooches for my Participants, walking them for 1 hour and another for two hours on each of my shifts, they love me, of course I'm the lady who walks them but I revel in their excitement to see me
I've been doing Disability care for 3 years almost and have a lovely bond for all my Pooches.
I am consistent, trustworthy and always arrive when I say I will.
My work ethic is based on Manners, respect, time management and most of all caring and loving the work I do whether it's personal care, cleaning up or walking a dog.
Dogs are something I've always wanted to work with and now I get this plus I get to help those who trust me to be their support. I love this part of my daily life.
I am happy to take Dogs for walks for 1 hour and will take them local to your area for walking, local ovals for ball throwing. If you prefer beach or other area then this can be discussed.
I am happy to pop in and feed your pooch or feline and also spend a bit of time with them, we can watch a movie or chill in the yard for a while. I can feed them for you and also will clean up any messes.
I cannot offer in home care as I have two dogs, and two cats and you can never tell if personalities will clash. I also cannot offer any long term overnight care due to family commitments and my other work as a carer.

I have been a lover of animals for as long as I can remember, always wanting to help whether they be big or small. All creatures have a special place in my heart, and I would often rather spend time with dogs than people.
Any animal I meet has my devoted attention and adoration, and it is a privilege to me to be able to be friends with such pure creatures.
I have been pet sitting from a young age, for friends and family members, and many people in my community knew me as an animal lover.
Vaccinated or not, your pet is welcome with me, whether they need some extra walks, cuddles, or a few extra visits while you're away, I'll be there. I am happy to spend the night if your pet is an anxious sleeper, otherwise I can offer late and early check in's, as many as you need throughout the day.
No matter the ask, big or small, your most cherished creatures will be safe with me.

Good day pet owners...
I'm interested in taking care of your dog / cat / bird / mouse / duck / any pet that you own besides a spider.
As an individual that has been raise in a household full of various pets, I am very comfortable taking the responsibility of looking after your beloved animal. I have the physical ability to handle energetic pets that need to run around and play, yet am also chilled enough to relax and provide cuddles.

I will not look after your pets in my own house, but am willing to provide care within your animal's usual environment. I will also be able to take them out for walks/runs provided they have an appropriate harness.
I'm available for dayshifts/overnight stays. Get in touch for details. I look forward to meeting you and your pet.
Appreciated,
Sebastien Delhove

Lover of the countryside and its beautiful complements, responsible, honest and bold. Raised in the countryside where I lived many adventures with my faithful 2 and 4 legged companions, those that always surrounded me and that even when I come back home do not cease to surprise me with their crazy things. May life allow me to always surround myself with amazing animals to help them and give them lots of love!
I currently do daily chores with 11 chickens, 2 cats and a dog, tasks ranging from their personal care to the maintenance of their resting and resting places, I go to the smallest detail to make them feel comfortable and happy, I love what I do.
Caring for animals is not a profession, it is a passion that moves us like music and art, I will always be willing to give the best of me to all the animals in the world.
In my house everyone is welcome with or without vaccination.

Hi, I’m Elijah. I have grown up around dogs my entire life and understand how important it is for them to feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for. I love having dogs around as to why I do it cheaper than most! I also own one of Adelaide’s largest and most well regarded dog grooming and daycare centres, giving me extensive hands on experience with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and personalities.

At my home, I only board a maximum of two dogs from same family at any one time so they receive plenty of individual attention. I provide daily walks, usually around 30 minutes, adjusted to suit your dog’s needs. I am confident administering oral or topical medication if required and am happy to help with regular brushing and coat maintenance.

I spend most of my free time at home, so dogs are only left alone for a maximum of 8 hours per day.

I live in a quiet, safe area with plenty of nearby parks and walking trails. My home has a fully fenced and secure backyard with locked gates, and visiting dogs are welcome to sleep indoors either in the living area or in their own bed.

Your dog will be treated like part of the family and feel right at home with me.
