"Hailey was awesome. She came to meet our 2 dogs before hand and run through their routines.
They immediately took to Hailey and we knew that they would be well cared for. Being different size dogs they can be challenging to walk together but think they were probably better behaved for her than us.
Hailey kept us updated with photos whilst we were away which is much appreciated as we all missed them.
I would definitely recommend Hailey for anyone looking for a pet sitter. We will definitely book her again.

"This was the second time we’ve had Linda look after our cat, and once again she was absolutely wonderful. She took great care of both our home and our cat, and we had complete peace of mind while we were away.
The best part was seeing how comfortable and happy our cat was with her — she clearly adored Linda, which says it all.

"Jack is a wonderful pet sitter. He was in consistent contact with us before our trip to get acquainted with our home and the routines of our two cats. We also received consistent updates and pictures whilst we were away, which was lovely. We returned home to a clean house and two happy, healthy cats. "We had a fantastic experience with Kristen as our pet sitter on this long (rainy) weekend. She kept us up to date throughout our trip with regular WhatsApp pics and messages, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away. "Laura was fantastic from start to finish! She had great communication, was very accomodating and most of all, gave us peace of mind while we were away that our pups were in great hands! "Raquel house-sat for my huge, goofy Bloodhound (Loaf) and my pet snails for over a week and was absolutely amazing from start to finish. At the initial meet-and-greet, it was instantly clear that she genuinely enjoyed spending time with Loaf. Throughout the week, she sent daily updates, photos, and videos, and I came home to a spotless house and an incredibly happy dog.
Raquel was easy-going, quick to respond, and proactive in her communication. She was flexible with several last-minute changes to the booking times, and followed all instructions mlconfidently and accurately. "Maria and Leon looked after our two dogs, Jack and Benji, over Christmas and New Year’s Eve while we were away with Lukas at Tropical Fruits in Lismore, and honestly, we could not have asked for better carers.
From the very beginning, they were warm, reliable, and incredibly attentive. Jack and Benji absolutely adored them, which says everything, because our boys don’t fall in love with just anyone. It was clear they weren’t just being “looked after” but genuinely cared for, loved, and understood.
We had complete peace of mind the entire time. Communication was excellent, updates were thoughtful, and every detail was handled with care. Coming home to two happy, relaxed, and clearly well-loved dogs was the biggest reassurance possible.
Maria and Leon went above and beyond, especially over such a busy and special time of year. Their kindness, responsibility, and genuine affection for animals truly stand out.
We will always use them whenever we need dog care in the future no hesitation, no second thoughts. If you’re lucky enough to have Maria and Leon look after your pets, you can be absolutely confident they’ll be in the best hands imaginable.

"Jean is a wonderful dog sitter who genuinely understands and loves dogs! Communication was excellent, and Jean made sure to ask all the right questions about Theo, his routine and emergency arrangements. What impressed me most was the thoughtful and attentive care. I suggested a short walk around the block, but Jean followed Theo’s lead, and they ended up at his favourite park! ❤️ Jean even put on calming music to help Theo relax while we were out late.
