"We had a last minute travel need and Miriam really saved the day.
Her responses were incredibly quick - I actually commented to my wife on how quick the average response time on her profile was, and she somehow beat her average when responding to me!
Not only was she quick on the response, but her communication was excellent both before and during the booking.
She sent several updates including photos during our fairly short booking, which is always very much appreciated by my wife.
Our cats take a while to get used to people and changes to their daily life seem to affect them quite a lot. Within a few days, our girls seem to have gotten used to Miriam far more than they usually would with most people.
Even though we stressed to her not to worry about cleaning or anything like that, she left the house spotless on our return.
We honestly couldn't have been happier with Miriam's care for our cats, and the booking in general. We will absolutely be a return customer! "

"I had Jordan look after my 6 month old pup for five nights . I can honestly say Jordan was absolutely amazing. She sent updates everyday not once did I have to chase her for updates.
Toffee is still in the puppy stage and Jordan did lots of training with him and sent me videos and wrote lots of notes for me to carry on doing with him.
I will definitely be having Jordan again and also will be recommending her to friends. House was nice and tidy when we got home. Jordan definitely went above and beyond. I can’t talk highly enough. "

"To whom it may concern.
It gives us great pleasure to advise that Sue has recently minded our two dogs Max and Frankie for an entire month. During that period Sue stayed in and tended to the daily requirements like occasionally watering the plants, taking out the mail, allowing access for the gardener etc.
Sue satisfied every commitment with distinction.
If they could talk, both Max and Frankie would say they loved having Sue look after them too.
We appreciated the constant feedback on how it was going with photo's of our doggies now and again.
We highly recommend Sue to anyone that would like a sincere and trustworthy pet sitter for their home.

"Audra looked after our home and our three dogs (including a puppy) and two cats while we were overseas. She was equally comfortable caring for both dogs and cats, and it was obvious they all took to her straight away.
Communication was excellent throughout our trip, with regular photos and videos that gave us complete peace of mind. The pets were clearly having a great time, with daily walks, plenty of attention, and lots of love.
She even found a rogue tick on one of our dogs, took great care of her, and kept us updated every step of the way.
We came home to happy pets and a house that was spotless and exceptionally well looked after.
We're so glad we found Audra and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and reliable house and pet sitter. She genuinely treats your pets as if they were her own, and we had complete peace of mind while we were away."

"We were so happy to find Trudie for a 2 night stay looking after our 2 indoor cats. She came for a visit a couple of days prior which we really appreciated, and sent lots of upsets while we were away. "Elaine was fantastic. She was able to help at short notice, had great communication, was lovely with our nervous dog and our cat who doesn't like to be without his people, and was happy to work in with our pets' little quirks! "We couldn’t have asked for better care for our two staffies. Stephen was incredibly responsive to all messages and requests, which gave us great peace of mind. When our original pet-minder cancelled at the last minute, he stepped in without hesitation and even arranged to bring the dogs to our wedding. He went above and beyond by bathing them beforehand, and on the day, he handled them so professionally that many of our guests commented on how well-behaved and well-managed they were. We highly recommend Stephen and will absolutely be using his services again!"

"Ash was a fantastic pet sitter. She kept our three cats and our fish happy and amused and asked about our pretences for photos and communication. She let us know when little issues came up but otherwise just took care of things so we could enjoy our time away for our wedding. She left the house extremely clean and tidy and was courteous for our neighbours- even accepting and delivering parcels to them. We would definitely use Ashlee again :) Thanks so much!"

"I'm grateful to have found such a reliable, trustworthy and kind home and pet sitter.
Charlize is a great pet sitter who takes excellent care of all our animals. She has a gentle calm nature which our dogs immediately picked up on. We have four cats and two dogs (bull arabs over 49kg each) and five tanks of axolotl’s which all required feeding. She kept our house clean and took care of the cat and dog poo on a daily basis. She kept us informed of any issues and sent plenty of photos to reassure us our pets were safe and sound while on our holiday. On our return we found the house neat and tidy and the floor and carpet vacuumed which was a pleasant surprise. We would highly recommend Charlize as a pet and house sitter. We will definitely use her again."

"Hazel was not only fantastic with our pets but went above and beyond by making sure the house and garden were also looked after.
We were able to enjoy our holiday knowing everything was being taken care of at home! She took the time to get to know our pets and their personalities so they each got the same love and care we would give them ourselves.
Hazel even had the patience to solve an internet issue that arose with our provider.
