"Raquel house-sat for my huge, goofy Bloodhound (Loaf) and my pet snails for over a week and was absolutely amazing from start to finish. At the initial meet-and-greet, it was instantly clear that she genuinely enjoyed spending time with Loaf. Throughout the week, she sent daily updates, photos, and videos, and I came home to a spotless house and an incredibly happy dog.
Raquel was easy-going, quick to respond, and proactive in her communication. She was flexible with several last-minute changes to the booking times, and followed all instructions mlconfidently and accurately. She truly goes above and beyond to deliver a five-star service at budget prices. Cannot thank her enough! "

"Maria and Leon looked after our two dogs, Jack and Benji, over Christmas and New Year’s Eve while we were away with Lukas at Tropical Fruits in Lismore, and honestly, we could not have asked for better carers.
From the very beginning, they were warm, reliable, and incredibly attentive. Jack and Benji absolutely adored them, which says everything, because our boys don’t fall in love with just anyone. It was clear they weren’t just being “looked after” but genuinely cared for, loved, and understood.
We had complete peace of mind the entire time. Communication was excellent, updates were thoughtful, and every detail was handled with care. Coming home to two happy, relaxed, and clearly well-loved dogs was the biggest reassurance possible.
Maria and Leon went above and beyond, especially over such a busy and special time of year. Their kindness, responsibility, and genuine affection for animals truly stand out.
We will always use them whenever we need dog care in the future no hesitation, no second thoughts. If you’re lucky enough to have Maria and Leon look after your pets, you can be absolutely confident they’ll be in the best hands imaginable.

"Our dog loved her week with Louise! Louise took great care of our pet dog Lulu while we were away, with daily walks and love and attention. She is a responsible and thoughtful house sitter - our house was spotless on our return - and Louise gave us regular updates on Lulu while we were away. We would definitely use Louise again! "Liv and Seb looked after our two precious girls for two weeks. It was the first time we'd left them in four years and we were very anxious about it. They quickly put our minds at ease and visited us a few times prior to us leaving so both us and the dogs were familiar with them. They were in touch every day with updates and photographs and any concerns or questions. They even took them on an excursion to swim! Nothing was too much for them and they clearly adore animals and love what they do and we could see through the videos they sent us that the dogs were happy. One of them was with the dogs most of the time so they weren't left alone either. They took good care of our house and left it clean and tidy. I would highly recommend Liv and Seb and we will definitely ask them to stay with our girls next time we go away. Thanks so much to both of you! "

"Marsi is an exceptional dog sitter, and I couldn’t recommend her more highly.
She is incredibly attentive, caring, and professional. From the very beginning, she took the time to ask thoughtful questions about Theodore’s routine, personality, and needs, making careful notes to ensure she could tailor her care specifically to him. It was clear that she genuinely wanted to understand him rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach.
What impressed me most was how observant she is. During Theodore’s stay, she noticed that our Bernese Mountain Dog puppy was limping and immediately adjusted his activities to make sure he stayed comfortable and didn’t overexert himself. She kept us updated throughout his stay, letting us know about any changes she noticed and communicating with us promptly, which gave us great peace of mind.
We felt completely confident leaving Theodore with her. We will definitely be using Marsi’s services regularly and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, observant, and genuinely caring dog sitter."

"Saya was a wonderful sitter for our Bernese Mountain Dog puppy, Theodore.
She arrived right on time, which was incredibly important for us, and immediately put us at ease with her friendly and caring nature. Theodore is a large puppy with lots of energy, and Saya was fantastic with him. She followed all of our instructions carefully, including his feeding routine and the games and activities he enjoys.
She was also very respectful of our home and left everything exactly as she found it. Throughout the day, she sent regular updates and lovely photos, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away.
Theodore was recovering from illness and couldn’t attend daycare, so we needed someone patient and attentive. Saya was absolutely perfect with him and provided the care and companionship he needed.
