"Rochellé was great- she looked after Coco our Labrador for a night. It was wonderful to know our dog was in good hands- she took her for walks & played with her & sent us pictures and videos which we greatly appreciated. Would definitely book her again when we need minding for our dog. "

"Olivia is brilliant. Far and away the best pet sitter/ house sitter I have ever had over 20 years of pet ownership and travel. She is responsive, flexible and wonderful with the animals- dogs and cats. She is not put off by dealing with a bit of boisterous energy. "Maria and Leon looked after our two dogs, Jack and Benji, over Christmas and New Year’s Eve while we were away with Lukas at Tropical Fruits in Lismore, and honestly, we could not have asked for better carers.
From the very beginning, they were warm, reliable, and incredibly attentive. Jack and Benji absolutely adored them, which says everything, because our boys don’t fall in love with just anyone. It was clear they weren’t just being “looked after” but genuinely cared for, loved, and understood.
We had complete peace of mind the entire time. Communication was excellent, updates were thoughtful, and every detail was handled with care. Coming home to two happy, relaxed, and clearly well-loved dogs was the biggest reassurance possible.
Maria and Leon went above and beyond, especially over such a busy and special time of year. Their kindness, responsibility, and genuine affection for animals truly stand out.
We will always use them whenever we need dog care in the future no hesitation, no second thoughts. If you’re lucky enough to have Maria and Leon look after your pets, you can be absolutely confident they’ll be in the best hands imaginable.

"This is my second time booking Juan - he is a gem. I was away for two weeks and got lots of updates and photos of my two cats he was looking after, nice to be away and know the cats are in good hands! Icing on the cake was how tidy he left my place. "Steph and Bridg did a great job looking after our older anxious dog. He was happy and settled on our return. They were able to help out at the last minute when our other house / pet sitter cancelled due to illness. Communication was great and they left the house in good condition. Wouldn't hesitate to book them again."

"I couldn't have asked for a better cat sitter than Bee! She looked after my cat Brian for three nights and did an amazing job managing his special diet and keeping him company. "Kass was fantastic. We had never left our fur baby with a stranger before but when Kass came over to meet us we felt comfortable straight away. Kass was friendly and polite.and our shy dog liked her immediately (always a good sign). Throughout her stay she kept us up to date with photos of how our dog was going while we were away. She also left us a note filling us in on our dogs behaviour change due to construction outside. Would definitely recommend Kass to others. 😀🐕"

"Roy is a wonderful person. We left our 2GSD's under his care and they both seemed very happy and well taken care. Roy has a systematic approach and he took our dogs for walk, understood all the details very well and did continued the same routine for our dogs. The most important part was I contacted him via Pawshake at such late hours and he replied early morning at 4 and was at our place 7.30 sharp in the morning. This was totally incredible! I am very very thankful to Roy for taking our request at last minute. I would highly recommend him if you want your furry friend to be in safe and kind hands :)"

"This was the first time for us to have a pet sitter and we were very happy to have chosen Claudia.
She was punctual, friendly and looked after our two greyhounds like they were her own dogs.
She kept us up to date with some photos and the dogs looked happy and settled.
Claudia left the house spotless.
