"It was our first time leaving our cat, Gemma for an extended time but Jemima did a wonderful job in looking after Gemma, taking care of the house and keeping us updated with adorable videos and photos. It really helped us relax and enjoy our holiday, knowing she was in great hands. Jemima followed all our instructions/notes precisely and bonded so well with Gemma with her gentle touch.
