"I couldn't have asked for a better pet sitter than Natalie. Our little Yorkshire Terrier needed an unexpected eye surgery just a week before our scheduled trip. Natalie took excellent care of her healing eye and provided us with regular updates and photos, which were incredibly reassuring. She also helped organize a delivery we received while we were away. The house was left in perfect condition, and it was clear that Journey was well cared for and happy. I highly recommend Natalie and Daniel to anyone looking for a responsible, caring, and professional pet sitter. We will be booking them again for our next trip!"

"Raquel house-sat for my huge, goofy Bloodhound (Loaf) and my pet snails for over a week and was absolutely amazing from start to finish. At the initial meet-and-greet, it was instantly clear that she genuinely enjoyed spending time with Loaf. Throughout the week, she sent daily updates, photos, and videos, and I came home to a spotless house and an incredibly happy dog.
Raquel was easy-going, quick to respond, and proactive in her communication. She was flexible with several last-minute changes to the booking times, and followed all instructions mlconfidently and accurately. She truly goes above and beyond to deliver a five-star service at budget prices. Cannot thank her enough! "

"Lou did an incredible job looking after my two cats! I came home from my holiday feeling like they barely missed me because they were so well taken care of. The cats had even had a disagreement the day before I went away after getting outside and encountering another cat. I had them separated and thought they would need to stay apart until I returned, but Lou managed to get them back together again! Even my very shy cat Loki had warmed up to Lou within a day of them staying there!
The value for money was great, and daily updates and photos of my beloved kitties having a great time made my holiday so much more relaxing. I could not recommend highly enough. Thanks Lou!"

"Steph and Bridg did a great job looking after our older anxious dog. He was happy and settled on our return. "This is my second time booking Juan - he is a gem. "Lynn was absolutely amazing with Teddy over New Year. Knowing how frightened he is of fireworks, she truly went above and beyond to make sure he felt safe, calm, and loved. She showed so much patience, care, and understanding, and it was clear Teddy was in the best hands possible. She sent daily photos and updates. I had complete peace of mind knowing she was there for him, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for better care. Lynn is kind, reliable, and genuinely cares about the animals she looks after. "Liv and Seb looked after our two precious girls for two weeks. It was the first time we'd left them in four years and we were very anxious about it. They quickly put our minds at ease and visited us a few times prior to us leaving so both us and the dogs were familiar with them. They were in touch every day with updates and photographs and any concerns or questions. They even took them on an excursion to swim! Nothing was too much for them and they clearly adore animals and love what they do and we could see through the videos they sent us that the dogs were happy. One of them was with the dogs most of the time so they weren't left alone either. They took good care of our house and left it clean and tidy. I would highly recommend Liv and Seb and we will definitely ask them to stay with our girls next time we go away. Thanks so much to both of you! "

"Rachel is a superstar! We booked a combination of house boarding and house sitting for 5weeks.
Rachel is extremely thoughtful and caring. She is professional and amazing with daily communication - photos & videos. Her love for animals really shine through in everything she does.
Champ fell in love with Rachel and her cute little bichoodle, Roscoe. He was sad to see Rachel leave! Tail down...
Rachel went above and beyond to ensure she followed our usual routine. Rachel was so kind as to bathe Champ as well when the groomers weren't available. She brushed our boy and even took care of feeding a very fussy eater.
Rachel took impeccable care of our home. Everything seemed extra shiny upon return! ✨️ I felt very safe leaving Champ and our home to Rachel. She is a genuine and trustworthy person.

"Roy is a wonderful person. We left our 2GSD's under his care and they both seemed very happy and well taken care. Roy has a systematic approach and he took our dogs for walk, understood all the details very well and did continued the same routine for our dogs. The most important part was I contacted him via Pawshake at such late hours and he replied early morning at 4 and was at our place 7.30 sharp in the morning. This was totally incredible! I am very very thankful to Roy for taking our request at last minute. I would highly recommend him if you want your furry friend to be in safe and kind hands :)"
