Are you going away but have a pet that prefers to stay in their own environment? Or perhaps you have a range of different animals and it’s not practical for you to organise for them to stay in different places? Then you might want to consider finding a Pawshake house sitter to come and stay at your Collingwood Park QLD home while you are away.

House sitting is a convenient and affordable option when you have multiple pets and also want your house to be securely looked after while you are away. Many of our pet sitters have very reasonable house sitting rates because they enjoy staying and exploring different local neighbourhoods like Collingwood Park QLD.

At Pawshake, we understand that trusting your home to a stranger can be a little daunting. So we’ve done all the hard work to ensure that your Pawshake house sitter is trustworthy and reliable. All our pet sitter profiles are checked individually by our dedicated trust and safety team and some house sitters also have their own police checks which they can share with you.

The best thing about engaging a Pawshake verified house sitter is that you can relax knowing that on top of being covered by The Pawshake Guarantee which includes veterinary coverage, so your pets are being cared for in a familiar environment and your Collingwood Park QLD home is also being looked after as well.

In addition to looking after your pets, most of our house sitters will happily help you by collecting your mail, taking out the bins, and watering your plants. Just make sure you discuss all your requirements with your chosen house sitter prior to booking.

Hi, I'm Ashleigh. I have grown up around animals my whole life, both my parents are from farming backgrounds, and I myself, grew up in country Western Australia. I have lived in Brisbane for about 6 years now. I have 2 indoor only cats and a staffy x greyhound pup. I have studied vet nursing, so I am well versed in handling all different types of pets, big and small. My drive to be a pet sitter is being able to provide the confidence that your beloved pet will be well looked after. Having all my family in WA means when I travel, I need to rely on someone to watch my pets, and unfortunately, sometimes friends are unavailable.
I work full time in the city but have my own car and license so getting around it relatively easy for me. I also live with my partner so being away from home for the night isn't an issue as he can watch our pets.
Please feel free to reach out to me, I would love to assist you

Hi, my name is Abby and I thank you for considering me to take care of your pet! I'm 23 years old, currently living in Newcastle and am about to start my master's degree in conservation biology.
I have been a dog and animal lover for my whole life, so much so that it is what I've dedicated my life to. I recently graduated from my bachelor's and honours degree during which I majored in animal health, disease and welfare and wildlife conservation. I have also spent the last 4 years working as an animal attendant for doggy daycares and boarding kennels. By joining up with Pawshake I am really hoping to use my knowledge and experience to provide an extra level of fun, enrichment and care to the lives of any dog I work with. I understand how expensive pet care can be so am more than open to discussing rates for walks or home visits/sits as I want this to be an alternative, affordable option to daycare/boarding. I have worked with dogs of all sizes, breeds, ages and temperaments so am more than happy and capable to take on dogs that may be dog selective or lead aggressive or may just be a little nervous or timid.
I am available every day of the week and at any time as I am wanting to take this role as a pet sitter on full-time. Walk times on offer are 20, 30 or 60 minutes and I'm happy to take multiple dogs from the same family together. I want to really strive to ensure each dog in my care comes back from their walk safe and happy so am more than willing to discuss shorter or longer walks depending on what you and your dog needs. Dogs should have the opportunity to explore and getting to see new places and the enrichment that brings in itself is an important thing so if your dog loves the beach, the park or the bush I am more than willing to take them on those adventures (no travel charge).
I am also offering home check in's or overnight stays with your dog for 1 or multiple nights. I know that being away from your pet can be a stressful time for a lot of owners so I want to do my part to help make it as easy as possible so will work within whatever requirements are specific to you and your dog. Overnight stays also include a 1 hour walk per day.
Please get in touch if you have any questions and hope to hear from you soon!

Hey there! I'm Anatolii , a calm, clean, and animal loving mate.I grew up with dogs, cats, rats, parrots, fish, and a hamster. Also have experience with homestead animals care.I'm tidy and truly enjoy animals around.Reliable, easy to communicate with, and happy to meet in person before you travel. If you want a responsible, low drama mate who will love your home and your furry or feathery/scaly/furry‑ish friend - send me a message.Cheers,AnatoliiP.S. This requires at least 150 words. I've pretty much described everything i wanted, so here's a joke: A man walked into a bar, sat down, and ordered a beer. As he sipped the beer, he heard a soothing voice say “nice tie!” Looking around, he noticed that the bar was empty except for himself and the bartender at the end of the bar. A few sips later, the voice said “beautiful shirt“. At this, the man called the bartender over. “Hey…I must be losing my mind,” he told the bartender. “I keep hearing these voices saying nice things, and there’s not a soul in here but us.” “It’s the peanuts,” answered the bartender. “Say what?” “You heard me,” said the barkeep. “It’s the peanuts … they’re complimentary.“

I am a motivated animal lover who loves the outdoors and has quite flexible availibility. In the last 6 years I've travelled Australia and New Zealand and now settled down in Brisbane together with my partner. During various woofing I enjoyed the company of a big variety of animals and I realised I wanted to spend more time with animals again once I settled down. I love giving cuddles and playing with animals, also up for jogging together with your dog if its used to that.
We have got a nice big old Queenslander we share with a couple of people. We do have 2 energetic and loving dogs who love cats- they've grown up with 4 of them- but are not good with other dogs. So I can host 1 or 2 cats or other small animals that I'd mainly keep in the spare room when it's busy in the house. At quiet times they can explore the house if you give permission.
