"Mickey took great care of our dogs - lab and border collie - when we were away for 2 weeks over the new year break.
Both our dogs are difficult in different ways. Mickey was understanding of our requirements and attentive to the dogs’ needs.
Mickey was very organised, communicative, and an absolute pleasure to deal with.

"We were very happy with Courneys initial response within a few hours of contacting her as we had to go away quite quickly so needed to get Charlie sorted as soon as we could.
She came round for a meet and greet and Charlie was more than happy when he met her.and so was I.
Whilst we were away she kept us informed of Charlie's days and sent us lovely photos and videos. Charlie looked totally at ease and happy to be with Courtney and when you are away from your pet that is something that really puts your mind at ease.
We came back to a lovely tidy home and a happy dog..
I would have no hesitation in recommending Courtney to anyone. for pet/house sitting. She is a lovely person who cares about animals , as she has several pets of her own

"We had Gizem stay at our place for 2 nights to look after our 3 cats, one of which has medication each night. Gizem took such good care of them! She sent me photos throughout the day and gave me updates on how they were going. It was our first time leaving them overnight with someone new and I was very anxious but Gizem eased my anxiety and looked after them like her own. Will definitely book Gizem again!"

"Gabby was easy to communicate with and very friendly from start to finish. We were very comfortable leaving her in charge of our house and 6yo Greyhound for 17 nights when we went on holidays. Gabby sent regular messages and photos which showed that our dog was in good hands and comfortable with his dog sitter. When we arrived home both house and dog were in perfect condition. "Vy was an absolute lifesaver—she accepted our booking with less than 12 hours’ notice after our original sitter, Madeleine, let us down. Madeleine overfed the pets, kept the dog locked in, arrived late, and abandoned them the second night after I asked her to let the dog out (locked for over 20 hours). Motion sensors and cameras (she was informed in writing) confirmed she lied about doing it, then canceled and left our pets alone for 24 hours! It was the most distressing time! Stuck in Fiji with limited internet connection and no family support in Melbourne, I honestly hope no one has to go through this!!
Pawshake immediately cancelled Madeleine Oruba.
Thankfully, I found Vy through old messages, and she stepped in instantly! She cared for our senior pets, gave them medication, kept us updated with photos, and flagged issues like peeing on rugs, vomiting and food shortages. The previous sitter had used 8+ tins of cat food in just two days!
Vy is reliable, honest, and an excellent communicator. We’re incredibly grateful she was there when we needed her most. Thank you Vy! "
