"Raquel house-sat for my huge, goofy Bloodhound (Loaf) and my pet snails for over a week and was absolutely amazing from start to finish. At the initial meet-and-greet, it was instantly clear that she genuinely enjoyed spending time with Loaf. Throughout the week, she sent daily updates, photos, and videos, and I came home to a spotless house and an incredibly happy dog.
Raquel was easy-going, quick to respond, and proactive in her communication. She was flexible with several last-minute changes to the booking times, and followed all instructions mlconfidently and accurately. She truly goes above and beyond to deliver a five-star service at budget prices. Cannot thank her enough! "

"Lou did an incredible job looking after my two cats! I came home from my holiday feeling like they barely missed me because they were so well taken care of. The cats had even had a disagreement the day before I went away after getting outside and encountering another cat. I had them separated and thought they would need to stay apart until I returned, but Lou managed to get them back together again! Even my very shy cat Loki had warmed up to Lou within a day of them staying there!
The value for money was great, and daily updates and photos of my beloved kitties having a great time made my holiday so much more relaxing. I could not recommend highly enough. Thanks Lou!"

"Steph and Bridg did a great job looking after our older anxious dog. He was happy and settled on our return. They were able to help out at the last minute when our other house / pet sitter cancelled due to illness. Communication was great and they left the house in good condition. "This is my second time booking Juan - he is a gem. "Lynn was absolutely amazing with Teddy over New Year. Knowing how frightened he is of fireworks, she truly went above and beyond to make sure he felt safe, calm, and loved. She showed so much patience, care, and understanding, and it was clear Teddy was in the best hands possible. She sent daily photos and updates. I had complete peace of mind knowing she was there for him, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for better care. Lynn is kind, reliable, and genuinely cares about the animals she looks after. "Liv and Seb looked after our two precious girls for two weeks. It was the first time we'd left them in four years and we were very anxious about it. They quickly put our minds at ease and visited us a few times prior to us leaving so both us and the dogs were familiar with them. They were in touch every day with updates and photographs and any concerns or questions. They even took them on an excursion to swim! Nothing was too much for them and they clearly adore animals and love what they do and we could see through the videos they sent us that the dogs were happy. One of them was with the dogs most of the time so they weren't left alone either. They took good care of our house and left it clean and tidy. I would highly recommend Liv and Seb and we will definitely ask them to stay with our girls next time we go away. Thanks so much to both of you! "
