Hi, my name is Emma, and I’m a local Aussie with a deep love for animals. I’m based in the Byron Bay area and live close to the Gold Coast, so I’m happy to commute between these locations to provide pet care. Having owned and cared for animals from a young age, I have experience looking after both dogs and cats of all kinds. In addition to my pet sitting services, I volunteer at a local pound where I care for dogs of all sizes.
I offer a variety of pet services tailored to your pet’s individual needs, ensuring they’re happy, healthy, and well-cared for. Here’s a breakdown of some of the service I provide:

Dog Walking:&nbsp;I offer walks that last anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour, depending on your dog’s energy level and preferences. I ensure each walk is engaging, offering both exercise and exploration. 

Pet Grooming: Light grooming is available, such as brushing and cleaning up after walks.

Pet Sitting (In Your Home Only): I offer pet sitting services exclusively in your home. Your pets will stay in their familiar environment, where they feel most comfortable and secure. I provide daily visits for feeding, playtime, and companionship. For dogs, I also offer walks and supervised play. For cats, I ensure they are fed, have clean litter, and enjoy some personal attention.

How Does Pet Care Fit into My Routine?
I am available seven days a week. I work a traditional 9 AM to 5 PM job during the week, so I am unavailable for direct care during those hours. However, I can offer walks in the early mornings, evenings, and weekends. 

I understand how important your furry family members are, and I would love the opportunity to help you care for them with the love and attention they deserve. Simply leave a message to get in touch. 

I'm a primary school teacher and work full time in Mullumbimby. I’m quiet, responsible and a non-smoker. 
I have national police check and my own transport.
I started offering my services to people outside my close circle in mid 2024 and have been delighted with the connections I've made with so many beautiful pets and their parents. 
I’m looking forward to connecting with more local people and assisting where I can in caring for their loved ones. I only care for pets in their own homes as I believe that is the best environment to keep them happy and comfortable. I don't bring any other pets or people to the homes I sit for.

My main motivation for becoming a pet sitter comes from my love for animals of all kinds, especially dogs and cats, and the joy I feel when spending time with them.

Over the years, I’ve learned so much about caring for dogs — from training techniques and understanding animal behaviour to the benefits of natural diets, the dangers of certain household products for pets, and how to manage allergies.

At the moment, my dog isn’t living with me, which means I have plenty of time and flexibility to care for your furry friend. I’m also completely comfortable having other dogs around, and I love the energy and connection they bring.
