"We had Gizem stay at our place for 2 nights to look after our 3 cats, one of which has medication each night. Gizem took such good care of them! She sent me photos throughout the day and gave me updates on how they were going. It was our first time leaving them overnight with someone new and I was very anxious but Gizem eased my anxiety and looked after them like her own. Will definitely book Gizem again!"

"I cannot recommend Antonia highly enough! She’s amazing. Mature, thoughtful, and dedicated, she is the perfect person to take care of your pets and home. Our 9year old lab x was so well taken care of, and the plants were in better shape than when we left!!! She handled some difficult roadworks outside our house with grace, left us a clean home, with a happy dog and even home made lentil soup on our return!
Will definitely be hoping Antonia is available for any further travel. I almost considered not leaving such a glowing review to make sure she isn’t booked out!!!! 🤣

"Lynn took excellent care of our dear cat while also house sitting for us. She was very attentive, clean and tidy. She is excellent with communication and providing regular updates. Our cat loves Lynn and both times we have come back to a very happy, well cared for cat 😻 and tidy house. "We left our six month old kitten with Grace for a week while we were away, and having Grace at our home made things a lot less stressful for leaving our little one for the first time since we got her. Grace was great at communicating and clearly cared for our cat who is very shy, and we appreciated the regular photo updates as well. We would not hesitate to rebook with Grace!"

"Vy was an absolute lifesaver—she accepted our booking with less than 12 hours’ notice after our original sitter, Madeleine, let us down. Madeleine overfed the pets, kept the dog locked in, arrived late, and abandoned them the second night after I asked her to let the dog out (locked for over 20 hours). Motion sensors and cameras (she was informed in writing) confirmed she lied about doing it, then canceled and left our pets alone for 24 hours! It was the most distressing time! Stuck in Fiji with limited internet connection and no family support in Melbourne, I honestly hope no one has to go through this!!
Pawshake immediately cancelled Madeleine Oruba.
Thankfully, I found Vy through old messages, and she stepped in instantly! She cared for our senior pets, gave them medication, kept us updated with photos, and flagged issues like peeing on rugs, vomiting and food shortages. The previous sitter had used 8+ tins of cat food in just two days!
Vy is reliable, honest, and an excellent communicator. We’re incredibly grateful she was there when we needed her most. Thank you Vy! "

"Brendan house sat our two whippets for 10 weeks (April - June). We'd never left the dogs for that length of time before and I was apprehensive about leaving them for so long with someone they didn't know. But at our meet and greet I knew we had the right person, and we were able to go away and totally enjoy our holiday without any concerns. Brendan had attention to detail in all areas of our dog's wellbeing and communicated regularly with information/discussion and photos. Due to this we were confident that no matter what situation our dogs could be in Brendan would make wise choices for our dogs best outcomes. Our older boy, Boz suffers with separation anxiety and it takes him awhile to settle in with new people. During these first few weeks there were a couple of days Brendan had other arrangements, and couldn't stay with the dogs. Although we had a family member stay we had Brendan walk/visit Boz & Brianna. I was taken by the amount of time and care he gave them during these few days. Brendan went over and beyond what I was expecting. His care and concern for Boz was amazing. We came home to two very happy, content dogs. Brendan was here when we arrived home and gave us a thorough hand-over. We were also able to see how Boz and Brianna interacted with him; they were very comfortable and relaxed around him, and enjoyed going to him for pats and cuddles. (this was the true testament of their care) After been home for a few days now, our 2yr old is a lot more settled and also better on her lead. Also, Brendan left the house in perfect condition. We will certainly have Brendan look after our two again and would not hesitate recommending Brendan to care for your pets."

"Bethany has provided a great service looking after our two large dogs at home for the week. We left lots of notes to follow and all were managed with no fuss. Exercise and play was important and taken care of every day. Communication was always pro active and our dogs (and house) were extremely well looked after. "We recently had Prakruti. stay at our home for 6 nights to look after our fur baby and we couldn’t be happier with the care she provided. She went above and beyond to comfort him, keeping him happy and well looked after while we were away. We received regular updates on his meals, walks, and playtime, she shared so many pictures and videos of him doing different activities through the day, which gave us such peace of mind during our vacation.
Not only did she take amazing care of our dog, but she also kept our house clean, watered the plants, and followed every instruction to the letter. It was such a relief knowing everything at home was in safe hands.

"Hazel was a brilliant dog sitter and from the minute she turned up for the meet and greet the dogs loved her; which was amazing since one of them can be a little difficult at times and it meant that we were immediately comfortable leaving the dogs in her care. She was attentive during the meet and greet to the needs of administering medication to the dogs, communication was a breeze and she left the house clean and tidy and laundered bedding.
