Are you going away but have a pet that prefers to stay in their own environment? Or perhaps you have a range of different animals and it’s not practical for you to organise for them to stay in different places? Then you might want to consider finding a Pawshake house sitter to come and stay at your Banjup WA home while you are away.

House sitting is a convenient and affordable option when you have multiple pets and also want your house to be securely looked after while you are away. Many of our pet sitters have very reasonable house sitting rates because they enjoy staying and exploring different local neighbourhoods like Banjup WA.

At Pawshake, we understand that trusting your home to a stranger can be a little daunting. So we’ve done all the hard work to ensure that your Pawshake house sitter is trustworthy and reliable. All our pet sitter profiles are checked individually by our dedicated trust and safety team and some house sitters also have their own police checks which they can share with you.

The best thing about engaging a Pawshake verified house sitter is that you can relax knowing that on top of being covered by The Pawshake Guarantee which includes veterinary coverage, so your pets are being cared for in a familiar environment and your Banjup WA home is also being looked after as well.

In addition to looking after your pets, most of our house sitters will happily help you by collecting your mail, taking out the bins, and watering your plants. Just make sure you discuss all your requirements with your chosen house sitter prior to booking.

I am a 22-year-old international university student with a genuine love for dogs and a strong sense of responsibility when it comes to pet care. Back in Malaysia, I have a 4-year-old male Toy Poodle, and I have been fully involved in his daily care for several years. This includes preparing meals, maintaining regular walking routines, supervising playtime, and closely observing his behaviour, mood, and health. Through this hands-on experience, I have learned how to care for energetic dogs as well as dogs that require a calmer and more gentle approach.
My motivation to be a pet sitter comes from my understanding of how important it is for owners to leave their dogs with someone trustworthy, patient, and attentive. I focus solely on dog care and always aim to create a safe, comfortable, and low-stress environment. I carefully follow all owner instructions, including feeding schedules, walking preferences, and any specific routines that help dogs feel secure and relaxed.
During walks, I prioritise safety at all times by using secure leads, staying alert to surroundings, and adjusting the pace based on the dog’s size, energy level, and comfort. I am cautious around traffic, other dogs, and unfamiliar environments. In unexpected situations, such as a dog becoming anxious or overstimulated, I remain calm and handle the situation patiently to ensure the dog feels reassured and safe.
I offer dog walking and home visits, with walks typically lasting 30 to 60 minutes. Home visits include feeding, water refills, playtime, companionship, and basic care checks. I also make sure dogs are comfortable in their home environment by maintaining their usual routine as much as possible. For safety and hygiene reasons, I only accept vaccinated dogs.
Communication with pet owners is very important to me. I am happy to provide regular updates, photos, and messages so owners feel confident and at ease while their dogs are in my care. As a university student, I have a flexible schedule outside of class hours, allowing me to dedicate quality time and full attention to each dog. I am committed to being a reliable, caring, and responsible sitter that both dogs and owners can trust.

Hi! I'm a friendly and reliable pet lover based in Perth.
I offer home visits, dog walking, and house sitting for cats and dogs, perfect if you're away or just need some extra help because you're busy.
I have experience taking care of my own pets as well as pets of my friend and family, including feeding, walking, and playtime. I understand the importance of keeping pets happy, safe, and comfortable, and i make sure every visit is full of care and attention.
I'm calm, patient, and respectful of your home. Pet sitting is something i do in my spare time, so i give full attention during each visit and keep owners updated with photos and messages.
I enjoy building trust with both pets and their owners, and i aim to provide a caring and reliable service that makes both pets and owner feel comfortable. I look forward to meeting you and your furry friends!

I am a huge animal lover who wants all pets to feel comfortable while their owners are away and will give nothing but the best care to yours. I have many years of experience with animals, both looking after my own pets from a young age (dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, horses) and then working with them when I was old enough. I have a certificate 2 in Animal Studies and my previous 2 jobs have involved the care and husbandry for many birds, reptiles, invertebrates and small mammals. I have done lots of petsitting both locally and overseas whilst travelling, and am comfortable with animals of all sizes, breeds and ages. I grew up with many pets including large dogs, and have been involved in training puppies.
Unfortunately I cannot host your pets but would love to come to yours for overnight stays, day visits or walks.
I would love the opportunity to spoil your pets in your place and hope to hear from you!

Hello! My name is Nabil, and I’ve always had a deep love and respect for animals. Growing up surrounded by pets taught me the joy, comfort, and companionship they bring into our lives. This passion led me to become a pet sitter, where I can provide pets with the same love and care they receive from their owners. My motivation to be a pet sitter comes from the happiness I feel when spending time with animals. I understand that pets are family, and they deserve to feel safe, comfortable, and loved—even when their owners are away. Whether it’s feeding, walking, playing, or simply keeping them company, I enjoy every part of the process.I have previous experience looking after both dogs and cats, including administering medication and following special diets. For the safety of all animals in my care, I only welcome vaccinated pets into my home. I aim to create a calm, clean, and pet-friendly environment where your furry friend will feel at home.

We are a couple from Treviso, Italy, Martina is Australian too. We have been together since 2011. We both love nature and all kinds of animals and this is one of the main reasons why we became vegan
We both grew up in Italy's countryside with animals around us: dogs, cats, fishes, hamsters, birds, chickens, cows have always been part of our families.
In 2020 we moved to Australia where we have been working and travelling. Stefano is an experienced Italian chef and Martina an hospitality worker.
In 2023 we joined another pet sitting platform and it was a great idea as we deeply love pets and we had many unforgettable experiences looking after cute dogs and cats. We can look after unvaccinated pets also.
We think that taking care of lovely animals is super overwhelming and we can't wait for the next pet sit
In our free time we love to travel and have long walks in the nature. Martina loves yoga and Pilates.

Since I was little, my life has been surrounded by animals. Animals are the most beautiful thing in life and they are a fundamental part of the family, they are our children and I always do everything for them. In Chile I have two children, a kitten (Kobi) and a puppy (Marley), they are the most important thing in my life and I raised them from a very young age, always concerned about giving them the best of having their vet checks up to date, giving them their deworming pills. and to have our game routines but above all to spend moments together and give him all the love in the world. Whenever I see an animal in trouble or with an injury I don't think twice and I try to help and cure it and I always try to help foundations that rescue animals. Being able to care for and help animals gives me such great happiness that there are no words to describe the love I feel for them. They are the most beautiful thing in this life and they teach you so many things, it is a unique and pure love which surprises you every day with its craziness but above all because of the love that they give you every day, which is an unconditional love. The bond you create with them is enormous to the point that they know how you feel and surprise you with their actions.

I am a newly graduated Marine scientist who has a passion for animals and helping others. I am available to help walk, check in and look after your furry friends!
Throughout my university degree I worked as a dog sitter in Tasmania - I have experience with all kinds of breeds, especially different temperaments (including dogs/cats with anxiety).
I have moved back home to Perth and am ready to help put my local community with their pet needs. I have trained my two beautiful family dogs who now walk off leash. Unfortunately I do not offer house sitting at my own house. but I am more than happy to come to you.
I am available for walks in afternoons & evenings during weekdays and any time on weekends.
I can also do house visits during the day on Wednesdays.
With more than 10 years of experience with handling various animals, I am confident that I can help you with your furry friends too!
Warm Regards,
Alyssa
