"Kass was fantastic. We had never left our fur baby with a stranger before but when Kass came over to meet us we felt comfortable straight away. Kass was friendly and polite.and our shy dog liked her immediately (always a good sign). Throughout her stay she kept us up to date with photos of how our dog was going while we were away. She also left us a note filling us in on our dogs behaviour change due to construction outside. Would definitely recommend Kass to others. 😀🐕"

"It was our first time leaving our cat, Gemma for an extended time but Jemima did a wonderful job in looking after Gemma, taking care of the house and keeping us updated with adorable videos and photos. It really helped us relax and enjoy our holiday, knowing she was in great hands. Jemima followed all our instructions/notes precisely and bonded so well with Gemma with her gentle touch. "Chris was excellent at house sitting and looking after Lilly while we were away over the weekend. He kept Lilly to her routine of morning and afternoon walks and prepared her meals exactly as she likes it! It was very little interruption to Lilly while we were away because of Chris and we came back to a happy and relaxed Pooch! Chris also kept in touch with us to make sure we were updated about how Lilly was going with messages and heaps of photos of the fun things Chris and Lilly got up to! Like playing at dog park and lots of cuddles! Chris is really experienced with dogs, understands dogs and is excellent at handling them.. even if its a 50kg puppy great dane who still likes to jump up! Helen looked after my dog, Whiskey, at my home for two days and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment she arrived, Whiskey warmed to her straight away — which says a lot, because he’s usually a little cautious with new people.
She kept me updated with photos, messages, and little notes about how he was doing, which gave me huge peace of mind while I was away. It was clear she genuinely cared about his comfort and routine. When I returned home, Whiskey was relaxed, happy, and clearly very well looked after — and the house was in perfect condition too.
Helen is reliable, kind, and treats your pet like they’re her own. I’d highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and thoughtful pet sitter. I’ll definitely be booking her again!"
